As a singer myself, i can say that matt is one of the best rock singers ever. He has a great range, and phenominal power! He puts out good harmonies, has a great vibrato, and has real good control over his voice.
Its the way he sings as someone said with his nasal but depends on his voice as well. I also thought it was because of age, which could play a factor too

Fucking beautiful arrangement man really. I'd live to see something like this with Panteras Cemetery gates or A7Xs Almost easy. With the piano and backing vocals done as well as this it would be fantastic.
I miss when Matt had this voice. Raspy and melodic. I guess all the years of singing like that and aging took a toll on him. He still sounds great, but this is just next level vocals
