Anyone else rememeber "covFeFe" from trump in 2018?...interesting coincidence. ..cov (covid) Fe (iron)
Oooo. I don’t recall that. What was it? A word Pres Trump used? He was all for hydroxychloriquine remember? They shut that down super fast
Interesting
Two fe to indicate double iron load in tissue ....low serum due to hepcidin
@@garnerblair5179 I'm a little bit kidding....but THAT is a spooky coincidence...
@@ghost9-9ghost I've always wondered if that was a code word he had been using that was already in his autocorrect.
I got covid in November 2020. To this day I have virtually no sense of smell, so I think you could say I have long covid. I also have just been diagnosed with anemia. Thank you Doctor for shedding more light on this complicated lab-made disease.
Take zinc supplement it will help you bring back
The sense of smell
Are you vaccinated? Sorry to hear.
I think you should move away from nearest cell towers.
I have been waiting for this to be discussed. I have always been anemic but there a spectrum and I remained below normal but not dangerously so. This mostly due to my menustrstion.
So, the flu shot always makes me sick with the flu. I stopped getting them and didn't get the flu anymore.
Then I had to get the c v and after 2nd dose I was as sick abiut a week. 3 months later I did contract the virus along with my teenager, he was sick for 3 days, I was sick for 5 weeks 2021.
In 2022 I was so worn down, I couldn't make it up and down the stairs without a break. I went to the clinic they still were essentially treating people in their cars. After not testing positive for any viruses, I begged them to not walk away. Luckily the nurse got a draw for a blood panel. 2 hours later the doc called and said go to the ER now. My level was a few more days away from organs shutting down. A 7.1, and 7.0 is when a doc is required to give blood transfusion. I got a transfusion that night and then saw a specialist and I had small RBC and low count.I got a transfusion that night and then soon after I had 2 rounds of 10 visit IV ferritin and something else. The nurses in the center commented on how many women were coming in for same treatment. I'm just lately feeling better, back to how I remember before cov. It was very scary because in the beginning you just have to wait and see if it's something like bone cancer, but it seems I do not.
Gurrrl o could have taken one look at your palms 👋 to tell by paleness u were anemic * Remember do not take dairy or calcium until 3-4 hours after taking tour iron supplement. It reverses effect.
*FUN FACT re: anemia - Avoid high calcium food too. Example: Spinach jas more calcium than Milk. So, allow hours after taking yoir iron supllement. You need to eat a steak or get beef at least 2x a wk. Plant basedbis easier to digest. Otherwise expect constitpation
Avoid Slow Fe and other lab-made cheap iron. Also, take a magnesium capsule at NIGHT 🌙 . Most people r low in it anf it calms anxiety & fights constipation. i am not a Dr. Years of holistic studies.
just had to go back to the doctors again not had a blood test for 2 years nearly i had low iron levels was around 2 years ago went back to normal after having tablets take vitamin d and magnesium im not sure if mine is long covid or autoimmune, bit of both
please consider the carnivore diet. it heals.

My functional medicine doctor did follow up lab work bc I had had covid (bad cold in lungs, unvaccinated, recovered over time). My labs revealed low hemoglobin iron level and high levels of prothrombin fragments 1.2. He said both low iron and high prothrombin fragments 1.2 were from the spike protein from having covid or taking vaccine or being around someone who had covid or next to someone who had vaccine recently (within a week of jab). Doctor me to get air purifier in my bedroom and do deep 10 breathing exercises every am and on. He put me on a chelated iron supplement 18mg per day, and Nattokinase 100mg to break down the microclots from having been exposed to covid spike protein. I feel great now, but still on iron supplement and nattokinase for past 3 months until labs are normal. I love the air purifier in my bedroom and sleep better, still doing breathing exercises 2x/day.
I am unvaxed and had long covid for almost 2 years. Had severe covid. Omega3 helped me with muscle pain and clots. I had many symptoms and they went away after 2 rounds of ivermectin, vitamin D zinc, and Omega 3.
What strength of ivermectin did you take?
@@zeroounce8874 I really don't remember, but there is a dose according to weight that they use. I only noticed a temporary help from it, but the Omega 3 helped in a huge way. Don't know why, but it did. I also take zeolite for sores (possibly morgellans I have had since getting vx as a 2 year old child). The zeolite may have also helped because I started taking that soon after taking the ivermectin. It clears up the sores within hours.
Thank you for sharing as so many are struggling with this. I am about to release ivermectin video on my Patreon account (it will be free) and I did discuss one of the clinical trials that showed some evidence of ivermectin helping with long COVID symptoms. Why aren't we digging deeper into this?
@snowbunny8189 Hi! Unvaxed from Romania. In feb 2020 I got very sick with something like viral infection mixed with asthma attack like simptoms. From the first moment my immune system got crazy in contact with sars cov.
I was lucky that the pandemic rules where not in place and they didn't killed me in hospital.
I got some IV in ER with Ketotifen (mast cell stabiliser) wich helped a lot. I needed 3 days to recover but after I had bad autoimmunity, long covid
@Merogenomics Ivermectin helped me, but my long cov syndrome didn't get better until the (auto) antibodies count get lower. I think I developed some autoimmunity due to molecular mimicry...
Going grain free, seed oil free, keto and fasting helped me to restore my immune system. After 4 long yares I m 80% recovered.
Still got some neuropathy simptoms, strange body pain if I overdue.
Shedding from people @ trigger my immune system, I think.
Can you please make a video on methylene blue?
Thank you!
Mast cells are heavily involved in the covid virus and mcas is common in long covid. Mast cells can sequestor iron. Ferritin is falsely elevated by inflammation and mast cells are also associated with inflammation. This is why mast cell stabilzers are effective in treating long covid. Iron deficiency is associated with the development of allergic disease. Vitamin C inhibits hepcidin. That's why you should take vitamin C with your iron pills.
Yes! But especially liposomal vit c, it's miraculous for energy levels 🙂
I literally looked at time and said oh, in 30 mins than my notification didn’t go off, I forgot, thank you for the info.
Excellent review. Thank you.
Thanks for watching, especially such big video content
I know three people that after the V has become iron deficient. One of the three goes in to get iron at the hospital, and another of the three has been diagnosed with liver cancer, and then youngest of the group is watching her blood count because of problems with her iron-blood.... You just can't make this up...insane.....
Were they told as to why this might have happened?
Omgosh so may symptoms, it's insane 😮
@Merogenomics no, the doctors gave no explanation. All they said to the younger one was, "we need to keep a watch on it."
Be careful with supplements...I always have had an iron deficiency and used to take over the counter iron. One time they didnt have my kind and I stupidly took the wrong type. I ended up so constipated i was in the doctors office not knowing why. It was the wrong way too strong Iron. There is a very mild liquid iron if you need. Today I take only in a multivitamin/mineral and it works.
Still feel crap from being shed on thou...and got horrible menstruations for almost a year.
It really affects menstruation. I’ve gone on pop pill as couldn’t cope.
Synthetic iron accumulates in the ovaries and harms them. I would stop immediately. Allopathic doctors are way behind on the research.
yea i notice same with constipation after suplements. Iron bisglycinate give me 0 constopation and almost 0 side effects its very good iron form to suplement
Which Iron liquid do you take?
Sooo interesting re iron levels thank you.have learnt a lot.
Supplementing iron when hepcidin is high will only exacerbate the issue .. immune system starts in the gut .
My mother had multiple vaccinations and in 2022 she started to feel tired and a bloodtest showed very low iron, a hospital iron drip barely relieved the symptoms for a few days , then a scan showed cancer and 2 weeks later my mother was gone.

@@Merogenomics Please sir, don't be sorry but be proud because your videos are not only a reminder of a great tragedy that took place around the world but are also a source of great information to laymen such as myself. I think that you are very neutral in explaining the metabolic pathways to a general audience, and to me that is pure enlightenment and something to be proud of. Physically, I am thriving, but mentally I worry a lot. Maybe a bit too much like dr. Geert van den Bossche. Data from around the world from offices of national statistics give a worrisome picture of no decline in deathrates. So I am mostly interested in when the effects of the jab are completely gone, like the switch in antibodies, and no difference can be detected in a vaxed vs. unvaxed person. I hope you continue to thrive mentally and physically and keep making these great videos. Thank you!

Awesome, thank you to you as well!
Long covid since 2020, cancer from spike 2022, not vaxxed. What helped me: Inuspheresis, Omega 3(was deficient), Ivermectin, Baicalin is important, liposomal Quercetin, high dose Vitamin c= 60g turns to H2O2, Rizinus oil, coriander extract, reduce heavy metals, dandelion extract. I am quite well now and cancer free🎉
I really believe that we are getting oxidative stress from the emf that the vaxxed are giving off due to the graphene. They are building an Internet of people, rather than things. 6g is using people's cells as antenna ( look up the papers) so we are getting zapped like standing next to an electrical substation. We need mega dose liposomal vit c to catch the free radicals produced by the electrons getting stolen. Vit c donates an electron and stabalises our cells. It's also key in reducing ferritin to the usable form, hence ferritin levels will be high but iron low. That's a big list you have there! Well done in healing yourself. I'm trying to do the same. Not vaeed either but health has been affected by long term exposure to oxidising chemicals in the air pumping into my house.Ive developed emf sensitivity due to this and get head zaps when around big crowds when shopping...
What type of Cancer? I’m also UnV and was diagnosed with skin cancer in 2022- developed a few months after C
I do not know of one unvaccinated person that has long Covid. Can we call it long Vax? What is the percentage of vaccinated people that have ‘long Covid’? We need to know this….
Maybe this guys being paid to lie ,saying this on the internet, that is a great possibility!
100%
@globefoolosophy643 WAIT . . i did have residual effects from the Delta variant - experienced cognitive decline and dexterity issues. So, that's not entirely true.
An unvaccinated family member of my family has long covid and also one of my neighbours. If someone in the next town/village has long covid we wouldn't know about it, so it's difficult to know the percentage unless the medical profession come up with the statistics.
im unvaxed. i have long covid. its the spike.
Ive had this for years. infected march 2020
Just tried starting copper, which i was low in also
And how were you "infected" per chance?
Bifidobacterium help with iron absorption. They're also wiped out during covid/vaccination. The infection/inflammation of spike protein then continue to drive hepcidin levels . People also supplement heavily with zinc during respiratory season without copper and this creates a copper deficiency...the iron transporter .
please consider the carnivore diet. although some carnivores could be lacking copper. a lot of meat = a lot of zinc. last i knew, higher zinc can = lower copper.
@lizkeith1356 can't. I got PKU.
But naturally, meats with high copper have high zinc also to counteract. I think oysters are a bit of an exception with a higher zinc ratio. Hence the aphrodisiac so you can grow a big juicy mongrel.
I've also worked out that pumping like 3000mg+ per day will give you a decent sized sausage too.
@newoioi dunno. Like anyone else i guess. Was hectic and brutal.
Probably because you are micro bleeding in your veins and capillaries. And probably why those 24 inch fibrous mortician clots get created. If I was diagnosed low iron and you know you had covi*, i would get an ultrasound of your leg vascular system to make sure they are clear. Note: the clots were also found in arteries, not just veins. So check those out too.
Sounds like scurvy symptoms too. Liposomal vit c will reverse that in no time!
Is ultrassound the only way to know if I have blood clots?
Shedding is real.
The only problem is that if it is real, to many people without scientific proof they simply cannot even consider the possibility. I suspect that shedding vaccinal material via exosomes is a very real possibility and we did entire series dedicated to shedding, check it out
Hepcidin-ferroportin interaction controls systemic iron homeostasis.
Hepcidin dysregulation after sars cov infection due to molecular mimicry.
If cells are iron overload prior infection, due to hepcidin upregulations by inflammation results in feropoptosis.
I personally think iron overload is more dangerous in infection and aftermath.
Methylene blue helped lots of people. The effect of MB on red blood cells and mitocondrial function is tremendous.
Thank you 🙏😇❤️
COVID-19, cation dysmetabolism, sialic acid, CD147, ACE2, viroporins, hepcidin and ferroptosis: a possible unifying hypothesis....
... Several authors advocated that cell ferroptosis may be the core and final cell degenerative mechanism.
Have long followed and appreciated your work but this would be in polar opposite contrast to what got me healthy again. I was an unvaccinated, long Covid sufferer. It was excess iron, and more specifically not utilising iron that would be the issue. I would suggest listening to some of Morley Robbins conversations on anaemia and maybe reading Ray Peat on iron. Learn about utilising iron not supplementing it. The two sound similar but the subtle difference is massive in being healthy. Take my own personal experience on that, iron is necessary but it’s about copper for example as much as it is about iron, in a world and dietary system where iron is in abundance. Blood donors have lower disease risk for a reason….
I'm not refuting anything else that you said but saying that blood donors have a lower risk: that might be just because, in general, blood donors are healthier individuals...?
Too many talking about serum iron and not hepcidin and copper . Also that bifidobacterium are wiped out and immune system starts in the gut where bifidobacterium help handle iron/copper uptake
@@CosmicJestarcorrect it could be any number of factors. I’m giving some anecdotal evidence on a very personal basis and what got me right. It’s just there to add to the discussion and I respect the point both ways. I’d never really comment on TH-cam but there was enough danger for me seeing this to say be careful to anyone listening here. I love the guys work and have listened for a long time since I was very ill. This is just about the one that doesn’t fit for me. But it’s a much much longer answer. Generally speaking when I go the the blood donation most people do not look especially healthy (again anecdotal) in terms of appearance. Do some searches maybe and have a read about the pathogens of iron in things like cancer, even normal things like malaria. Copper would be more important, not in a supplement sense but in dietary. Again personal experience there but the research is out there, as always in a huge minefield of contrasting information. Which unless someone like me says hey by the way I can tell you the opposite in my case, it’s very hard to find something that works for people who don’t want to go near a doctor yet need help or a route to better outcomes. High ferritin is also associated anemia of chronic disease, ferritin is also an inflammatory marker such crp.
Ferritin also can create damage in the D2 receptor (Parkinson).

Oh and also dangers and treatment of lactic acid built-up (addressing the root cause of iron deficiency anemia for starters)
Make sure you investigate the connection between lactic acid and sepsis too!!
Low iron = less oxygen carried by the blood = lactic acid build up during normal daily activities. Lactic acid is more typically associated with working out and not breathing in enough oxygen or sometimes dehydration. It's part of why your muscles get sore after workouts.
@@revpgesqredux😮😮😮 Wow
@@drivethrupoetSo it's pretty normal occurence then when does it become dangerous?
@@vicky116 I think you get pretty sick pretty quickly like throwing up and muscle pain from over exercise. Not sure about all the other causes that happen slowly. When I was bad anemic I do recall feeling nauseous and having diarrhea but I didn't know about the link to lactic acid until I watched this.
Fungal overgrowth from downregulated immune response (ig4 issue).
Iron deficiency can be a significant concern in individuals experiencing long COVID, as fatigue and weakness are common symptoms of both conditions. It may also be exacerbated by reduced nutrient absorption or changes in dietary habits during illness.Furthermore, inadequate iron levels can contribute to a cycle of persistent lethargy, making it even more challenging for individuals to engage in daily activities or recover fully. The interplay between iron deficiency and long COVID symptoms underscores the need for a comprehensive approach to management.
Still think you should look into Arsine Gas Poisoning and how that relates to Long Covid! The similarities are uncanny. Funny how to get me through my Long Covid battle since mar 2020, the best protocol so far is heavy metal detoxing. Taurine, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Zinc, magnesium and electrolytes. I'm telling you we became so focused on Sars Cov 2, but I really think there is a diversion tactic going on. Trust me, I may be just an artist, but y'all the weather is not right, and neither is the air.
Do we see similar pattern of iron levels and iron regulation with other similar syndromes like ME/CFS, long Lyme, MCAS?
Adenosine Inosine ratio is influenced by hypoxia and in turn, influences hypoxia by feedback and changes vascular tone. Adenosine Deaminase is important. CD26 / Adenosine Deaminase Binding Protein is binding site for spike protein. CD26 is also known as an Angiotensin Converting Enzyme which influences vascular tone. Disrupted Adenosine Deaminase leads to SCID immune deficiency. Adenosine/Inosine balance also influences blood flow to the uterus which necessitates carefully controlled vascular damage which can otherwise result in excessive or reduced blood flow. In other words, the adenosine system is powerful enough to cause bleeding in the absence of injury or infection.
Adenosine and Inosine differently affect adenosine receptors such as A2B which increases IL-6 via NF-kB and MAPK which synergistically affect humoral immunity by activating B-Cells. Adenosine imbalance can lead to T- Cell anergy, not least by promoting T-Reg Cells which can suppress other T-Cells. T-Reg also express CD39 and CD73 which further promote immunosuppressive activity of T-Regs.
Adenosine shiftsT-Cell metabolism from glycolytic to oxidative phosphorylation. The former is essential for t-Cell activation.
Adenosine Inosine disturbance can affect the purine cycle affecting CNS ammonia levels. Ammonia also is associated with brain fog in Hepatic Encephalopathy.
Well, I only know fragments of your knowledge so this is quite fascinating how you are connecting these dots. Would love to chat with you about all of this to learn more!

Undiagnosed Celiac patients can present with low blood iron levels.
Also, iron supplements should be taken while also ingesting acid like orange juice for better absorption.
Interestingly enough, meth addicts have lower heamogloblin and iron products. Iron rusts, and thats how its used right. Interestingly in meth addicts, this can be combatted by taking large amounts of vitC and other anti-oxidants... would this be somewhat related that there is some form of oxidation going on? Like the opposite of anti-oxidants right?
@aNf0m0f0 vit c needs to be present to absorb iron effectively or efficaciously
Two fold. Both COVID & meth cause all of these issues (oxidative stress & hematological issues that exacerbate the cardiovascular damage it causes & leads to worse prognosis in cardiovascular events because of clotting). You'd likely fair better without covid & using meth.
@@FirstnameLastname-pe5ib sadly, very true!
Yes , increased ROS. This also increases your magnesium burn rate . Inflammation and insulin resistance . Elevated hepcidin.
Vitamin C is needed to reduce ferritin to the usable form. Meth must kill vitamin c levels due to oxidation of cells. Scurvy leads to breaking down of blood vessels, causing further iron loss. It's a downward spiral unless they supplement high dose vit c, IV or liposomal. I can attest to the wonders of liposomal! Km going to have to star lt making it as it's £34 for 250 ml. What do you think of a copper deficiency as a reason for the lack of iron in the blood. Copper is needed to release iron from the tissues and prevent tissue buildup of iron. Per Morley Robins
I really cant comment because I did not come across any of that information while studying for this video, but many in the audience are saying the same thing and my audience is pretty smart bunch so I don't doubt it now for a second that there is indeed an important connection here as well. I always get schooled after each of my video ;)
You have hemagglutination with the spike protein. Low 02.
You don't have your glasses on. Carnivor gives you heme iron which is easy to get and not dangerous to get to much of. Carnivor is also great for getting rid of brain fog. Plants are very good at binding minerals so humans can't get them but put it through an animal and they can access those minerals. Then we can get them in the proper form for our bodies use.
100%, plus cook some of your beef in a good quality cast iron frying pan. Haven't heard of anyone in the carnivore community ever talking about these problems, I wonder why. Don't know, but seems odd if it supposedly affects anyone/everyone regardless.
@@wally6193 I remember when they told people in the late 90s, early 00s, that cast iron could poison us with overdose. My mom kept hers but stopped using it. And replaced it with non stick, of course. Kinda sounds orchestrated to me.

Thanks for another great video. It was interesting and thought provokong. I've done a lot of research, observation and speculation in this area with my mast cell clients. I think the iron dysregulation picture is much more complex than covered here and that copper amd other iron regulating cofactors are imperative to consider as well. I like to think in terms of dysregulated pathways instead of specific nutrient deficiencies.
The problem seems to be that the cells got sooo badly damaged with the vaccine that then, when faced with several infections, a whole lot of nutrients can't be absorbed into the cellsand used 😢😢😢

In Oct 24 new test booked. 6 years ago had iron deficiency give iron injection s and blood tests and came back to normal. I also asthma ie a steroid daily ie inhaler. Any links between steroid and iron deficiency. Yes eating all foods told to. Yes sun. Yes walking daily
And took/ take Hydroxychl., Berberin also essential.
❤❤❤❤love from 🇨🇦❤.
I never jab but I tested positive for.covid.2yrs ago.😮😮😢😢
so , lactoferrin , from milk\pills seems important.. I understand
This is the first I have heard about iron levels. I had the first strain of Covid and have had long Covid symptoms for three years. I had also just finished breast cancer therapy when I got covid and had very low iron.interestingg.
Talk about Nicotine and the nicotine receptors
Not manny understands that nicotin is a nutrion that our bodies needs, that why bigfarma fights it, trying to get rid of all nicotine
I did in my vagus videos, I think especially the video devoted to autoimmunity against nicotinic receptors
@@Merogenomics yes, the autoimmunity is stronger less nicotine we have in our bodies. Read the 2030 agenda, free of nicotine.. they dont speak of cigretts but uses it as a reson!
I know that EBV leads to iron deficiency and EBV becomes active after Covid infection. I know no person with long covid who havent got EBV problems as well.🤔
This is a very old memory from about late 1950s or early 1960s that according to research, some people with excessive IRON die earlier of heart disease. I don't remember the source.
If you are pursuing the science please tell me of all the people that get long covid let alone covid what % of those were vaccinated with one or more doses since 2019?
100% and show us the virus isolation paper. He'll never be able in a million years to forward this paper.
@newoioi what is virus isolation to you mean and what is an acceptable criteria of proof to you? Would electron microscopy images suffice? Would genetic material suffice? Would virus protein content suffice? What proof exactly are you looking for beyond these elements? Just curious what is proof in this case
@@Merogenomics Actual isolation of the supposed ECV apart from everything else that is hypothetised to be pathogenic prior to cell culture. Sequencing what from the sample? How do you know what you have sequenced from CPE is a "virus".I'm sure that you are aware of a recent experiment conducted using the HEK cell line. The experiment was replicated at least 19 times that had no "viral" material added to the cell culture. After EM images were taken, ECVs that were similar in size and shape to polio, HIV and SARS-COV 2 were seen.
I have long covid for going on 3yrs.unvaccinated.i tested positive 2-3 ☆°yrs.ago
Onvaccinated.😮😮😮😢😢😢
Im unjabbed. Got cv in early 2021. Put me into menopause. My FSH level went to over 95 from normal 2 months prior. Was this a defense mechanism of my immune system?
Homeopathic remedy China and Ferrum metallcum or Ferrum phosphoricum work.
I was also low in iron when I got out of ICU.
Its not long covid the correct term is hypochondriac.
And if there was a long covid it would mean there must also be a brief and medium covid?
I enjoy or enthusiasm and sense of humor.
For me to squeeze a joke into my science video content is like akin to winning lottery. Not enough wits for that but the shyness around this topic made me eek some silliness out
Thank you Dr. Raszak for extending topics, and for more information. I wish to add some questions about iron. I have 2 genes, H63D and C282Y which is hemochromatosis, or HFE. 'The C282Y mutation disrupts an intramolecular disulfide bond, and may interfere with β2-microglobulin binding.' Both my brother and I store ferritan, excess iron with 1 C282Y gene. My question is would the northern white population that has the celtic curse be protected by gene mutation from low iron levels.
yeah very interesting concept and I would now wonder the same
It's like insulin vs sugar ; hepcidin vs iron
I just started taking iron tablets.i did aalways have heavy peroids.i will see how it goes..I was getting weaker &weaker.maybe that was why.😮😮😮😮😢😢😢😢
ok, wtheck..I'll just say it. I have the hugest crush on you...ha ha ha...I'm a scientist also and brains are the most attractive thing to me.
Very handsome as well.
well, I heard sooooo much about sapiosexual attraction of women and haha, total failure in that regard on my part! I think something else is needed, like a good dose of wit to play with intelligence in a humorous way, plus probably more triangular shape to the upper body and then, then I would understand this crush! In other words, thank you for a very rare compliment ;)
@@Merogenomics Meant sincerely..
I was 3 lbs at birth.twin brother was 8 lbs.😢😢😢😢😮😮😮
Wow!
I hope both you guys are doing good now.
I’m not vegetarian and have had low ferritin off and on for yrs. Infusion an option for some but no consensus if better then food or supplement. Some evidence iron pills every other day (EOD) at dbl dose (ie 2 days worth) more effective then daily. Easier on gut. Edit: I know Vac and unvac’d w/ lasting effects from a virus in Canada last winter. My GP said one seemed to effect GI more then upper resp.
After reading that paper I tried iron every second day for almost 1.5 years. Then a year later iron anemic again. So I don't believe that one study on every second day treatment works. Now I started high dose iron every single day.
This video in unwatchable. You switched cameras. Picture is jumping too much. This camera does not have image stabilization.
I just did not have it on :( One of the million mistakes I keep making but one day I will run out of all possibilities! :)
So, just don't watch the picture, just listen.
The normal blood volume loss during menstruation? I'd assume the minimum volume would be uh... loud?
@ti-lo5hy volume means quantity
Unvaccinated. You know one person.me😮😮😮😢😢😢
Don't overdo it though - it comes out like bullets!
