So I am going to preface this by saying that I am a database admin and I love a good spreadsheet, but I have my inventory in a spreadsheet with multiple tabs. There is one tab for the itemized list with years of purchase, etc., and a second tab that adds up all those rows and shows category numbers. My collection is much smaller than yours, so I have ally itemized stuff on one tab, but I think it would be easier to manage if you split out the large categories (eyes, lips, complexion, cheeks for example) into their own tabs and then have that all feed into the aggregate tab. You can do a lot of magic with just the sum function in a spreadsheet
You speak my language (I was a former DB admin 😊). I'm ashamed of my spaghetti of spreadsheets and notebooks - most of it comes with indecision on how I want to put things together and starting new versions of things over time. I need to spend some time organizing it all and getting it down in one place !
