My entire body is in dysfunction from what I believe to be some sort of nervous system shut down. It “started” mentally 3 years ago and has manifested into physical pain. I’ve been in physical therapy for bilateral foot tendonitis for 3 months and since I started that, it’s become widespread. I’m now looking at nerve pain in multiple areas of my body. I feel more at home in my body each video and I had no idea how disconnected I was. I’ve tried so many things, and the tedious but digestible explanations are the difference. I am forever grateful to you. I have a long way to go and I’m only scratching the surface, but I was nowhere before finding your channel! Thank you for what you do.
Very helpful, thank you. I struggle with finding that point of “almost falling forward” . Not being able to lift the toes helped something click. I will keep practicing.
Thank you so much, I have had collapsed arches for as long as I can remember, I have been given inserts for my shoes to correct this. I have told that you can not fix this! My knees hurt when I work out. My hips hurts and lower back constantly. This has helped so much because of this knowledge and doing this every day for the last week! I am more aware of my tripod when at the gym. Thank you!
Amazing Feeling much better from doing 3 days in a row My bodys midline was hanged... I was too shifted twords the left leg, when seated i was only feeling my left sitbone Now its wierd the position i am in but i notice that i am centered now. Thank you for this
this is great. So informative. I have G-HSD and am only now learning how to move correctly. I am finding it hard to build the muscle memory to do this naturally and new practices feel so unnatural. Thanks for all the valuable information
