    Are you trimming with a thick slab of clay on the wheel? I don’t throw but handbuild and slipcast so not sure how that works.

      @@micheledickey4066 there's a bat on the wheel. It's made from wood, but you can use all kinds of different materials. And there is a residual amount of clay present from throwing. I also hand build, but don't slip cast. That would open a whole different world. Thanks for dropping by. 🧚‍♂️🫧✨

      @ yes the slipcasting is fast and I like that part of it but buying and storing the molds is a whole other thing for sure.

      @ yeah, storage can create challenges on all levels of pottery.
