Yes they drop you to the lounge. The coordinator will share his number so that you can call them once you come out of the lounge. The will get the buggy outside the lounge area and take you to the boarding gate.
On arrival, they take you in a buggy towards the immigration counter, so anyway you will be the first one to arrive since they others will slowly walk. When we reached, we were the first ones to clear immigration but eventually had to wait for the baggage since our bags took quite some time to come.
It was an Economy class ticket on Vietjet airlines. But because of the meet and greet service, we were able to get through the business class entry gate and immigration line.
Which other cards this similar Vip Service ? Once we e mail them, do we have to give all the other passangers details too ? Or all 4 of yourll had the Axis Magnus Card ?
So far I have seen only 2 cards providing this complimentary service. Axis Magnus and Axis Reserve Credit card. Also we had only one axis magnus card where we can book for upto 4 people at a time and they only require our flight details and name of the person holding the card. The lounge access is not included in this meet and greet service. For that we used our visa credit cards. You can take guests along if you have more than one credit card and swipe that for your guest.
Paid service is available from their website using any payment method. The complimentary service is only available on Axis magnus and Axis Reserve cards.

Axis credit card has stopped this service from 20th April onwards. You can directly visit the Pranam services website and book a paid service there. You can also call them up to check how it works with layover flights
You do get complimentary International lounge access via your axis credit card and priority pass but that will be valid for the card owner only. For any more accompanying people, you will need additional cards

I am planning to just this for international arrival at t2, Mumbai. In your video, the passport control on return was missing. I have onward flight within just a couple of hours. How much time the international arrival for passport+custom will take? I have booked service and waiting for confirmation
Yes it was missing because we are not allowed to take videos during immigration for security reasons. It will be pretty quick as you will be among the first ones to reach the immigration counter. However, luggage might take time because we reached so early that the luggage was still not loaded on the belt.

Lounge is not included in the service. But we used the same card since it also has complimentary lounge access as a seperate feature

How did they coordinate for your return journey when u go abroad and have no access to your Indian mobile number? How did u get their contact details?
They contact you via WhatsApp and then track your flight since they have all the details.

No the primary card holder needs to be travelling to avail this service.
