Great advice, Sis! I use different DIYs every single week for my mom’s hair and for my hair and THEY WORK. My mom had severe alopecia and now her hair has filled in and is so pretty! I would’ve waste castor oil on the length of the hair because the hair only grows from the root on the head. Use a less expensive oil or moisturizer on the length and ends.

My hair breaks a lot but I always use hair food, amla oil and coconut oil. I stopped using cloves. Please help.
Must use a protein treatment for 4c hair. Try egg whites 2, honey and oil. Beat egg whites to a honey like consistency, add 1-2 TBsp honey and your oil - avocado, castor oil, your choice. Whisk to mix. Use a pre treat. Damp hair first with water and apply to hair, cover with plastic cap 30 minutes or more. Shampoo and conditioner. Or use a protein mask every time you shampoo until breakage stops. Then use protein treatment at least every 2 weeks for 4C, especially high porosity
