I love how modern this still sounds. Joey was ahead of his time. Dudes a legend. Especially his iconic chug sound. This sounds better than their new album where there’s little to no dynamics and is compressed to hell.
It still sounds modern because almost every popular band has been imitating Attack Attack since the beginning of this music's conception. Soon, we will be seeing a turn in music and screamo/metalcore will be a thing of the past. Very curious as to what it will be like!
@@wingnutmcspazatron3957 I’m not really talking about the genre of music but more so the production of the instrumentals and tone of the guitars which is really tight and punchy. Also metalcore is a thing of the past. Idk any metalcore band that’s playing on Jimmy Kimmel live like these guys did.

2010, stationed in Japan, had my Boss speakers blaring this..... 2023, blaring it again stationed in Cali.... wow
I love how modern this still sounds. Joey was ahead of his time. Dudes a legend. Especially his iconic chug sound. This sounds better than their new album where there’s little to no dynamics and is compressed to hell.
Joey was single handedly responsible for make this genre shine
@@Pragy definitely man. And it’s also the reason why a lot of people back then said everything sounded generic 😂
Man 2022 and still sounds amazing as it did the day it came out! I still remember watching it at lunch in high school.
Here in quarantine going back in time. I didn't realize how much time went by. I got really into bands between 6th and 7th grade. I'm now on my junior year of college. Crazy... haven't listened to this song in years and I was wondering if I'd even remember the lyrics. As soon as it started, I immediately remembered all of the lyrics😭😂🤪
Yeahhh omg same man!
Same I’m crying on the toilet Rn listening to my fave songs

I am not.
it's part of growing timmy (?
Listened to this as a 11 year old boy being inspired, now I'm listening to Danny Worsnop. He's a musician that is evolving with me and I appreciate that so much. His talent has inspired me for a decade now.
Danny worsnop is at best a mediocre artist who forgets where he came from. Everything he produced outside of asking Alexandria has fucking bombed. Look it up.
@@missmarasmenstrualmuffmunc2085 I don't care honestly. I love his solo music and as a young man, I loved Asking Alexandria. Mediocre or not. Sometimes mediocre is more genuine.
Yo be honest Danny is devolving man sorry. Rn his stuff is pretty bad and he's far away from the amazing artist he used to be
What a relaxing tea party XD
AerialRex im dead
AerialRex I'm not gonna lie this actually relaxes me XD
Whenever I get mad I listen to this song and always makes me feel better.
Metal never dies.
I'm super nostalgic about this but it doesn't really hold up to Meshuggah, Mastadon, Gojura, Metallica or slayer does it?
@@jaymyne1 yeah, metal has many subgenres, this band may not as heavy as your list up there, which i love. But as i grew up i learn more not to be elitist and compare stuffs, ppl should listen what they love
this is hardcore though
@@firdauszainudin7118 this is definitely metalcore
@@jaymyne1 metallica xD
Yeah, right, their best songs weren't even metal...
Damn I miss the late 00s metalcore

So true
Can we establish this shit as a fucking timeless classic yet?
+JayBee No.
+YodaShotFirst Definitely not timeless.
This shit will sound so dated in 10 years.
Also, for something to be considered classic it has to be at LEAST 20 or 30 years old.
+JayBee No, but we can establish this SHIT as a fucking timeless piece of garbage, because that's exactly what it always was.
+Wglass90 fuck off
Cameron Rico you fuck off
even the days, months, years past.. still this kind of music is what i like.. when i am sad and have a problem, always listen to them many bands too.. in april 25th i am going also in incubus concert to heal my inner child.. my first concert.. thank you for this kind of song.. its forever part in my life..
