EATING EVERYTHING AT NINGXIA NIGHT MARKET ft

In this episode, we have @RainaHuang on board this adventure with us as we reveal the stomach of Taipei! Ningxia Night Market has been one of the popular night markets in Taipei for locals and tourists. It has also been voted for Taipei's best night market in 2015. Although it is a small market, there are nearly 200 stalls which serve a wide variety of cuisines, with 3 stalls listed in the Michelin Guide Taipei 2019.
Stretching approximately 150 meters along Ningxia Road, Ningxia Night Market has an abundance of food stalls lining both sides of the bustling street. We started off with a refreshing watermelon lemonade juice, perfect to beat the scorching weather in Taipei.
Thereafter, we had a series of dishes which include crispy scallion pancakes, intriguing stinky tofu, braised pork and many more. To conclude, we had ice mochi dessert!
During this trip, we worked together with Taiwan Tourism Bureau and had the privilege of flying to Taipei with EVA Air, the esteemed Taiwanese international airline.
