Not on here to gloat, been there over the years as a Celtic fan, but one team fought for the jersey and the other team looked as though they were a bunch of individuals, 100% honesty from Rangers fans, the venom at the end directed at the manager and players, was unreal

Maybe looking through rose tinted glasses but being at a Rangers v Celtic match before defiburaters were invented was a life threatning experience and I was only 18. ( 71 now ) Full house at Ibrox with Red, White and Blue one end and centre and Green and White at the other end. Every tackle was a yellow or red in todays game but those players were full of red meat and played their hearts out for each club. There was a huge respect for each other because to win was the be all and end all. Watching this match on the TV was knowing that at the end of the day these guys all pick up a pay cheque at the end of the month most fans could only drean of.
Watching Dessers running on TV at real time speed looks like watching a slow motion replay.

Sorry, the rules say its a foul and the Ref got it spot on. It's a foul because the Celtic player is deemed to be in possession of the ball. Just the rules .

Today genuinely made me feel ill, to be so invested in a team and have so much hope for a good result which was very much in our court was soul destroying. This result is only going to lift them and deflate us. I don’t think our players have much belief 😢

Totally agree Ryan. I had a lump in my throat when I saw that tifo. My dad brought me to Ibrox. I brought my son and now my 3yr old grandson plays at the baby bears school. Not one of these so called professionals, including the manager, knows how much this club means to us. Utter garbage and no heart. Again As a celtic fan lit of what you have said is honest and and opinions about the game today...sure we are as one of you guys said delighted to get three points despite trying to learn new systems..first team players out injured etc as old firm fans we all have the elation when our team wins and the gut wrenching when they dont..dont expect everyone to agree with every point...but you made it about the football and thats can be so rare now...also think its time for the supporters club to get this fan shi## sorted... get this game back to the spectacle it was ...no away support has ruined this fixture...your team wins at home..you celebrate other fans go away gutted and vice versa .. needs sorted !!
The problems with the club are obvious -- and have been for a few years! Dreadful mistakes by the board in their selection of manager (a former youth coach with no experience), and an amateur approach to structuring the recruitment process, and inadequate selection of players!
Beale should be no where near this selection process. But a quality head of football and recruitment should be the one to decide on investment in players. Stop making the same excuses for our weaknesses and general incompetence! Look across the city. Celtic are bringing in young, hungry and talented players who are ambitious, and they have the quality to do the job they're being paid to do: Hatate, Kyogo, O'Riley, Jota, Abada, etc.
This club has none of that. But we do have Dessers, Danillo, Lammers and a lot of other unwanted players by former clubs. Choice of manager and, significantly, a professional recruitment process which identifies real quality, is key. Not the same old song about a "poor Celtic team". This Celtic team are without their main two central defenders from last year. They're also missing, who is, arguably, their best player in Hatate. Yet still they enjoyed almost 80% possession in the first half. The fans must stop whinging on a stack of excuses! Blaming referees, bad luck, a "poor Celtic team". In every game that really matters, this Celtic team wipes the floor with us every time. First half Celtic with a makeshift team, minus their best players, have 80% possession! The blame lies inside the club and in the way it is being managed!

Beales got more tactics than an NFL team , never mind switching from this to that during games garbage, play a formation and stick to it, the amount of space mcgregor had today was shocking, i think there’s decent players there but they’re getting to much information and never in the same position for a few games, fair play to Celtic with injuries and form they had and could of actually beat us by 4 or 5 today, was on the fence with Beale but not anymore GTF, best team won, and they’ll get stronger as we stumble on, same old crap

The problems were there before Beale came back. We did well in that European final but I said at the time we should've capitalised on selling the players when they were at their best. We didn't and decided to continue with serial losers. We sacked GVB who was working with mostly Gerrards players and never gave him the money to spend. We allowed Goldson to run his contract down and then when he saw no one wanted him, let him sign a four year deal! Beale then comes in and as he knows the duds from before, doesn't have the balls to drop or change the defense. We have a captain that can't defend but scores goals (mostly penalties) strikers that can't score, and we like to play our best players out of position. 3 of the back 4 yesterday are right footed! Where was Balogun? The game we looked the best defensively was when Souttar and Balogun played together. Unfortunately Beale hasn't got the balls to drop Goldson. No coincidence every player to partner him gets the blame when it goes wrong. We then move on players that have passion and some talent, Colak and Hagi and replace them with players who couldn't get a start at their teams and don't play a striker that cost us £6 million. At this point its laughable. I don't know who would take the job if we get rid of Beale, which we won't as the board seem happy to let him do what he wants.

The biggest problem is the defence and we’ve good players in midfield and forward but? Like the same as the past few seasons the trust isn’t there in defence! You can see even butland getting fed up like Allan mcgregor did! I don’t understand why these players at the back are still there to be honest! Pressure games our defence can’t handle and that’s the main point! I’m fed up using I don’t want to sound like Roy Keane but ffs you need a good core and central defensively we are shit! Get back to basics, players need to stop thinking they are better than they are and just do the simple pass!
