Great stuff, I've got to do something similar with my BMW i3 conversion but luckily the i3 driveshafts are hollow so I got the mini ones turned down to fit inside.
@@MiniLifeCrisis Slowly because it is a real project done by a real person. Not a crappy YT "build"; which is throwing money and shiny parts to something that get used once and raffled off and/or magically disappears offscreen.
@@gafrers that's very kind of you. I had to take a break, life gets in the way plus other projects take priority. Builds like this one inspire me to get back at it though 😁
i used an everlast and tig welded this, with a 3/32 tungsten rod, i think i was using a grey or blue rod, not sure actually lol, and 3/32 filler material at about 145 amps,
