Were those parts you cleaned, referred to as the "color sensors", You have the 1st video Ive seen cleaning parts. Other have just referred to cleaning color sensors without any real information,. Please advise, I I have nothing coming out on paper. Even replaced cartridges (they didn't need to be either).

I have no print, scan copy. Even test page comes out blank. prior research on web Advised color sensors were problem and needed to be cleaned@@FoyazFRahman
