I'm somewhat of a " swirl baby" a bit of Irish blood and I would've love it if I got the red hair. So pretty. On a black person who's not light skinned would've bee epic
Anyone else come back to this video just for the comments posted after he was exposed? Well I have one more to chime in: "I bet 911 dollars that This REALLY was Not Happening...."
I've been binge watching every episode of this and no one's story ever sounded made up until this one... so I come to the comments to see if anyone else thinks the same thing.... And all anyone is talking about is how this guy lied about 9/11. Sounds about right.
Probably exaggerated like most comedians stories but still was funny and entertaining, most of our entertainment isn't real thays why it's called entertainment
I've heard some funny freaking stories on this channel but this is the most relatable story I've ever heard on this channel Jim Breuer is now in second place with his getting in a great adventure with a Coke can story
I want to personally thank him for saving me from the wtc on 9/11 thank god he brought that parachute with him to work. He also ended up saving 3 babies and a puppy. God bless this man. #hero
I was at Pearl Harbor when the Germans attacked. Steve ran out of the explosions happening all over the USS ENTERPRISE to save my life. He couldn't save Kirk or Scottie but he saved me on that day in October, 1992. Bless him.
Easiest way to tell if someone is from boston, ny or nj, i have yet to meet a single person outside of those places that says "bang a Uey" everyone always says "make a u turn up ahead or take the u turn here"
Lol at 3:30ish i thought he said "is there a tide place open" instead of "is there a TAI place open" 😂Living in 2018 and there being an epidemic of kids eating tide pods will make you hear things you should never mistake for being food haha
well that's super odd to me, every place where I live doesn't close until the line's through. If they just shut off the lights they'd probably get torched
It's happened to me quite a few times , waiting in line for 20 mins at McDonald's late at night and they just turn the lights off and say they're closed through the speaker , Steve is right that is some of the most devastating news when your wasted and hungry
Have you ever been to Rock N Roll Ralph's at 2:00 AM on a Saturday? This kinda shit could just as easily happen at 2:00 PM on a Tuesday in that fuckin place.
Just saw this live in Boston tonight! He was so very funny :-) loved this for so many reasons - i mean screaming WENDYS! i had wendys on the way there, hell yeah. his George Jefferson walk live is insanely hilarious. Plus he did this whole mowing the lawn but not really mowing the lawn joke that I laughed so hard I cried!
so apparently this channel is not available in my country (UK). Yet, I can still watch it comment. but when i click at comedy central to look at more videos it doesnt work??
He should have told his 9/11 escape story. It is hilarious. Considering it never happened it's a perfect story for a show called _This Isn't Happening._
I know this is a long read, but I never have something come up that is remotely relevant. I had the exact opposite experience at closing time at a Wendy's Drive Thru. I had mistakenly thought that they closed in an hour and ten minutes when in fact, they closed in ten minutes. I realized right before I ordered. I was the only one. I told them I would just leave and go elsewhere, as I didn't want to be "that guy" that comes right at closing. I told them it was no problem. They insisted I order. Damn near made me order. When I got to receive my order, they gave me two free frosties and used their discount on my price. They thanked me just for acknowledging that they were going to close soon. Then the whole town clapped.
I wonder 14 years from now, he'll say he made this up too! I PROMISE when I first saw him on, "The League," there was just something I didn't like about him...funny, my gut was right.
People make up stories for their stand up all the time. Do you think Dave Chappelle actually was held up by some homeless jerking off? They write stories for jokes. It's not ALL personal experiences. Plus I am not even gonna get into the character part of stand up.

I saw him tell this live at the comedy store. It was fucking great. Then he looked at me and thought I looked bored and he yelled at me. 10/10
I think you mean 9/11 not 10/10
R/thathappened
My red headed wife was less than happy about how hard I was laughing at this
😂
I'm somewhat of a " swirl baby" a bit of Irish blood and I would've love it if I got the red hair. So pretty. On a black person who's not light skinned would've bee epic
Instantly I knew he was talking about red headed men.
Was born with red hair as an Irish child but thankfully grew out of it. But my salt and pepper and red beard betrays me.
his girlfriend became his wife during the joke
mackiechang bc they’re married
It happened like 3 times lol. Wife/girlfriend/wife. But I don’t care. Love him from The League!!
Daniel Garrett true my bad
I was in the middle of a dab when he yelled "FUCKIN WENDY'S" and all the smoke came out of my nose and mouth. This shit is fucking hilarious.
fucking burnout
Hey there dabber from the past, I'm doin dabs rn and watching this. Greetings from the future, hope this find you well.
@@kingjellybean9795 thanks bro, its been a wild 8 years. Still a dabbing scumbag. 🙏
I was distracted by the overwhelming fact of his red-headedness
Plus I got beef with the Wendy's people. Ahaha I think that joke was better than he even realized
One could say he double-stacked that joke
Where's the beef?
Cheesy
lvjb dammit
No its fully intentional and that's what's called a throwaway joke even though you loved it
I was hoping he'd say "when I get drunk I lie about being in the twin towers on 9/11"
I'm not mad at him. I think that would actually be a funny joke.
"We're just a bunch of funny people who're all telling TRUE stories. Ladies and gentlemen, Steve Rannazzisi!"
+Kyle Corrie Did he tell a 911 story? nope, so it's as far as you know factual.
your logic is appalling.... i hope that was sarcasm
@h1z1pewpew4 you are steve ranaskeazy aren't you?
Now he can do a follow up for 'This really didn't happen'
+Kevin O'Connor haha
+Kevin O'Connor
+911 Burned!
Kevin O'Connor 🙌
They got married 3 years later and she still waiting for that lemonade.
when i get drunk, i like to pretend that i was in the middle of terrorist attacks. does that ever happen to anyone else?
▌▌✈
whitedevil2 I get drunk end wake up on peoples roofs I'm a construction worker ;-;
whitedevil2
Oh, I get it. Because he lied about being in the Trade Center during 9/11. . . I remember that.
Bomb has been planted
Yeah we call it 9/11 flashbacks
Rocky Dennis.....I'm dead!!!! 😂
Cool story, BRYAN!
Rafi Bomb
Where the hell is tall guy?
What happened to Ruspin
He misquoted Goodfellas because that was a line in The Godfather.
It was Sollozzo talking to Tom Hagen.
"2 o'clock in the MORNING on a Saturday NIGHT"... What a sentence.
I almost pissed my self at "Fuckin Wendy's!!!"
+Jack Miles FUCK U YANKS HAVE A SHALLOW Sense of humour
It truly is called the Rock'n'Roll Ralphs. Can confirm
Holy shit this has been the best one this whole season.
Nobe
Anyone else come back to this video just for the comments posted after he was exposed?
Well I have one more to chime in:
"I bet 911 dollars that This REALLY was Not Happening...."
What do you mean
bruce sanborn he lied about being in the towers during 9/11. He was not there and came clean on Howard Stern. Look it up.
bruce sanborn
th-cam.com/video/ItPWUem8O7A/w-d-xo.html
He is definitely his character Kevin on The League lol
I've been binge watching every episode of this and no one's story ever sounded made up until this one... so I come to the comments to see if anyone else thinks the same thing.... And all anyone is talking about is how this guy lied about 9/11. Sounds about right.
No Pleaee Tell me
Probably exaggerated like most comedians stories but still was funny and entertaining, most of our entertainment isn't real thays why it's called entertainment
This episode should be called "This 100% Never Happened"
what exactly is unbelievable about this episode
Yeah like comedians don't ever make up stories 😂😂😂 it's still funny
I've heard some funny freaking stories on this channel but this is the most relatable story I've ever heard on this channel Jim Breuer is now in second place with his getting in a great adventure with a Coke can story
This guy was up for the role of Steven Urkel. His catch phrase would of been " I Didn't Do That".
I do always like a story with a happy ending👍
steve rannazzisi is john cena if he took the stand up route.
Alex Yandel Torres Rosado john cena is actually a smart guy. don't insult his intelligence by comparing him to this jabroni
Love this guy!
Bless him.
DannyWilliamH It's hard to watch any of his stuff knowing about his 9/11 fiasco. I'm surprised he still has a career.
These intros are dope.
"It's like burning man fucked comicon" 😭😭😭
im 100 percent sure this is a bill bur joke
And we got married three years later 😅🤣🤣🤣
That dude lives a couple houses down from him..... He is the nicest guy ever... Funniest man alive
Easiest way to tell if someone is from boston, ny or nj, i have yet to meet a single person outside of those places that says "bang a Uey" everyone always says "make a u turn up ahead or take the u turn here"

1:48 his girlfriend picked him up... 6:38 gets back into the car with his wife and married her 3 years later.
he does look like he should be a redhead
well that's super odd to me, every place where I live doesn't close until the line's through. If they just shut off the lights they'd probably get torched
That only happens when the cops shoot a guy in the drive-thru lane
It's happened to me quite a few times , waiting in line for 20 mins at McDonald's late at night and they just turn the lights off and say they're closed through the speaker , Steve is right that is some of the most devastating news when your wasted and hungry
best one so far
this is the best one
1:15 "i might make a mistake" --"like i once sorta kinda lied for years about escaping from the towers during 9/11.. whoops"
The UrbanDictionary entry for Rock & Roll Ralphs is enlightening 😅
I looked it up it sure is
Red heads can't melt steel beams
Hahahahah thnk u
It was a 9mm gun with 11 bullets I heard...
I see what ya did there...
everything he says sounds like a lie now.
Why do I doubt that story.
yeahhh
Imthedude Man im watching the big Lebowski and i seen your picture like am i trippin lol
You much not live in LA lmaoooo
Have you ever been to Rock N Roll Ralph's at 2:00 AM on a Saturday? This kinda shit could just as easily happen at 2:00 PM on a Tuesday in that fuckin place.
Why is it so different from the version on Pandora?
Pandora may or may not censor and edit the comedy sections.
Night-Lore no they didn't censor anything he just tells the story better on Pandora
Probably not a good idea to watch this while in class. You will look like an idiot for laughing to yourself.
I did it while we were watching a civil war movie and I laughed right as a black guy gets shot
Fernando Hinojosa hahaha
CletusPodunk bounced on my boy's dick to this for hours
Mech Waldo ya boi big money salvia in the house
Wasn't expecting him to be as funny as he was! Now I need myself a Steve Rannazzisi fix
That was a quote from Goodfellas. It was in the part where the cops bust Henry while he is in his car after buying a bunch of coke.
The couple in the front row when he's talking about drunkenly screaming for wendy's.... lol that dude has definitely done that
The actual red head behind him is adorable😊
It’s an even more better feeling closing down when people thought they were gonna come last minute cause mf I’m trying to go home
this is a good one lol.
Okay hes a badass for calling that guy out on not having an intention on actually using the gun
I honestly do forgive him for his lie and mistake that he made and i still love him and the league.
Just saw this live in Boston tonight! He was so very funny :-) loved this for so many reasons - i mean screaming WENDYS! i had wendys on the way there, hell yeah. his George Jefferson walk live is insanely hilarious. :/
so apparently this channel is not available in my country (UK). Yet, I can still watch it comment. but when i click at comedy central to look at more videos it doesnt work??
***** Alright thanks for your help! Keep up the good work! :)
Ari Shafir’s intros are the best.
He should have told his 9/11 escape story. It is hilarious. Considering it never happened it's a perfect story for a show called _This Isn't Happening._
LMAO the fact there was a RED HEAD tight in back of him and had to to do a Camera cut
0:53 for the start
Holy fuckin shit I'm dying
I guess his only weaknesses is “redhead”😭
Omfg "Fucking wendy's" best quote
Lol Rocky Dennis
What is the name of the intro song
Dubstep - Sandstorm (Darude remix)
PlantfedGoat Hey dude, it's the Instrumental Version of "Run the Jewels - Run the Jewels"
Ive been trying to find out too. Comedy central uses it a lot
what venue is this?
Story peaked at 9:11 mark.
This series is like the Moth StorySlam with an open bar.
Oh look, it's the guy who escaped the WTC on 911.
the kicker from blue mountain state is in the crowd
So that Ralph's is like the Dennys' near any concert venue?
"While on a mission for a late-night snack, a very drunk Steve Rannazzisi gets into a heated argument in a Ralphs parking lot in."
...WHERE?!!
howcome you guys dont believe that story?? i thought it was good
Because it's vastly different from other times he's told it
This dude lied about being in the Twin Towers on 9/11 too. He just lies evidently.
Oh okay
Monee Boiii i know lol I was so confused by all the hate 😂😂
Funny as hell.
He's not a red head, this story really did happen, and he was there on 9/11. Steve Rannazzisi, everybody.
I wonder when this was supposed to have happened. I used to live in the apartment complex above Rock 'N' Ralph's from 2008 to 2010.
This low key sounds like a made up story
the irony of the really cute red headed chick behind him lol
this guy needs a bigger forehead imo
@Joe Villa what's the story behind of all this 9/11 talk? I'm too lazy to look it up
This guy looks like if Daniel tosh was from boston
Powerful Rannazzisi.
I really wish they wouldn't post the best bit in the opening.
i bet that was his sacko punishment 🤣
Best one by far ! :-)
Amazing lmao!
Damn that was a good story!
links don't work bra
This guy can't be lying all the time....after all, this whole performance is basically him saying "look at how much of a big drunk asshole I am!"
It was his girlfriend at the time that it happened, he even says at the end that they got married 3 years later.
1:58 had me ded
I know this is a long read, but I never have something come up that is remotely relevant. I had the exact opposite experience at closing time at a Wendy's Drive Thru. that chicken never saw a caveman ever until he came
Why does he keep mixing wife and girlfriend? Is it because this is a lie?.....because it is.
People make up stories for their stand up all the time. Do you think Dave Chappelle actually was held up by some homeless jerking off? They write stories for jokes. It's not ALL personal experiences. Plus I am not even gonna get into the character part of stand up.
+Figs3 but the whole point of this show is to tell real stories
+HitTheStixBRODIE ....well, shit you are right, so this one might be. But in a lot of stand up its all bs.
Figs3
I agree.. I could give a shit if these stories are real, as long as they're funny
Because she was his gf at the time but she's now his wife
finally a solid male comedian. ali, big john, and steve have been the only good ones in a long fucking time.
omg yes 😂🤣😂
great story tall guy
That's Brian
