The issue of housing in kenya is multi factorial and needs to be looked at from a wider perspective, culturally economically and socially. There are tribes who have refused to move on from retrogressive beliefs, and they can't be forced it's within their rights to chose how to live!

It's true Kasongo is there doing business in the name of Affordable housing. Let him visit a young and tiny Qatar in gulf and learn how government projects are taken seriously with Zero deals. Talk about housing, roads, transport, new cities etc. They do things and you'll never see Qatari King showing up cheaply in the name of launching projects.
