The budget of the show really holding back his transformations
Completely agree, IMO it kinda ruins beast boy's character. Want to see him turn into the kraken or a t rex.

I agree but at the same time I get it doing these kinds of shows aren't cheep so they gotta really stretch the money sometimes but I think given time the show will get better

@@sunnygirl122 I love it either way. But sometimes you can’t help but feel frustrated and I read something recently that they are really going to give us more origin story stuff. Oh and that Superboy is a big thing this season. And we are getting a Lex Luther! Crazy

Gar's Tiger form this season looks much more realistic to an actual tiger than the previous seasons.
But in the season one is epic the scene of the dvd. very very epic
They did use a new model and probably got a bigger budget
This kid actually knows how to fight, it's good to finally see him being able to show off those skills on the show
It was so nice to see him change into other animals for a change
You should have included the scene of him using the sword in the Batcave, but cool video nonetheless
Love the different way his abilities were used this season
Seeing him using martial arts 🥋 is oddly satisfying
He was a main character on Supa Ninja before this, which required a lot of martial arts, and I think he also does it as hobby to, so he really knows his stuff, more so then most of the other actors I believe (correct me if I’m wrong).

Despite he hardly uses his power in this series due to the budget of the show, but i still love him using martial arts against the enemies! It looks cool! He's more mature and calm than other hero kids! I love how in first seasons, he and Raven are pretty close together!

I think so. But I think Gar will turn into something like a wolf next season based on the teases we have gotten.
i just heard what i wanted to here when gar(beastboy was reading the book of the lazo pit ....he said Lazurus pit ....one river many wells.....that is when it hit me the pit that was in titans was a small partial well of a lazo pit not the main pit which is a river meaning the source is a massive lake
He's a only reason of funny thing in this series.
In the part he actully used a bear or a dog sense of smell to get the blue paper in the drawer so he prolly has more transformations

I love him and I'm so happy they put in this show his abilities of hand to hand combat like in the comics. He's my favorite along with Raven too bad the show was cancelled when it started to get better.

Ok so they take BB who can turn into any animal, insect or dinosaur know to man. And they turn him into a karate guy who can turn into A animal sometimes. Oh no wait he turned into a bat ones and a snake ones. Because why fly around like a bat when you can walk around like a person. Honestly if you had the ability to turn into animals, wouldn't you just turn into animals all the time to see what you could do?
Yes I know BB is not easy to do in live action because there is only so and so much CGI you can afford. But in that case, it would be better just to not have him be in the show. Cause every time I try to watch it, I'm kept distracted and frustrated by the fact that Beast Boy would rather use karate than turn into a gorilla, bear, lion, elephant or dinosaur and waste everyone right away. Even his tiger form he doesn't really use that often.
Hey DC make an animated Beast Boy show. There you have the opportunity to really make the character shine.
They’re going by the comics more because it takes gar a while to get to the point of transforming into anything. He’s never done it cause he’s chose a tiger most of his life.
I fucking hate this pfp, but anyways as this other person said yeah The show is being comic accurate while also saving money for the big stuff, it took him a while to get through every transformation.

What with the obsession on gorilla? Tiger is the apex predator already. Gorilla's fighting prowess is no mach for them; despite some fans' headcanon, changing into gorilla wouldn't let him fight better, only worse. There's no point in doing that.
6:20 It took three seasons but he finally transformed into another animal…a bat…man, that’s disappointing. Beastboy can literally transform into any animal he wants and yet this one can only transform into a tiger, a snake, and a bat? Boring! At least let him transform into a T-Rex

Tiger is okay but Bat and Snake? Double lame. I don’t care about any issues he have. The Beastboy I know has suffered a lot as well but he can at least transform into more than three animals. Even during his early days. If your going to limit Beastboy powers, at least have him transform into small animals for the first two seasons before moving on to the big stuff. Add some variety for fuck sake. Also, your really going to defend this show? Really, this one?
@@vgngolley341 Yes! I like this show even if it's not perfect. Gar will learn to use his powers during the seasons. If he could already turn into any animals from the start of the show, he wouldn't have any character development. It would be lot more boring. Now, he's growing, changing and learning. I think we will see him learn to turn into more animals in the next season, but not everything at the same time.

Pretty great. But it would be better if they include more simpler transformations i.e. transforming t a dog, a n eagle or even a monkey. They are overdoing the Tiger transformation by doing it too much often.
Then maybe he is called Beatboy rather than Beastboy as he fight without transforming most of the time 😆
