When I powder my face to set my foundation, my face becomes too dry and feels heavy .. my base starts to crease and settle down in my fine lines as well. Even setting sprays don't help..And if I don't powder, my makeup just transfers on anything and everything.. I prep my skin thoroughly - serum, moisturizer and sunscreen before makeup.. not sure what else to do.. any tips?
