    It's good to track what you have been able to do. Our brains lie to us when we are depressed and seeing it right there on paper makes it real.

      Yes. I find that when I'm really down, I don't see any progress. That's one of the reasons I keep records in a spreadsheet and do these videos. Thanks for continuing to watch, M!
