This week we talk about my shoulder (again) and my inflammation (again) but add some new ideas of what to do about it. I'm also looking forward to travel restrictions ending so I can get on these fabulous European trains and see all those places I've been dreaming about.

I've been moving and unpacking for the past two weeks. Still not finished. But my elbows are killing me. My shoulder isn't done being frozen, and I'm hurting other parts of my body trying to make up for it. But now I live near Thermae Son and I'm making use of it.
