If i disconnect it from power and reconnect it again, will it automatically start blowing in the same settings as it was when I cut off power, or do I have to manually start again?

Hi Thanks for the review odd question but is the remote infra red or Bluetooth or radio frequancy as the meaco 1056 i got the remote works say 10 feet only bit annoying in a big room.
If you could let us know be much appreciated.

Hi Darren,
It isn't stated in the manual, but we believe the remote is infrared.
As for the range, the manual states the remote has a range of up to four meters. However, we've just tested it across our 30ft office and successfully used the remote to operate the fan.

Which is better - this sefte fan or the Meaco 1056P which seems very similar but is slightly cheaper? Thanks

Hm... 🤔
They're both great options, really. The 1056 fans are still solid choices in their own right, but the Sefte range are Meaco's most powerful, quietest, and most energy efficient air circulator fans yet.
The Sefte Pedestal is also height-adjustable, meaning with the two additional columns provided you can take it from tabletop fan height all the way to proper pedestal fan height.
