My mother would have occasional emotional breakdowns (now I know these are called narcissistic rages). Even though I didn’t live in same town and even though I’m an over 50 grown-up, if I even spoke to her on the phone and heard that particular tone of voice, my lip and nose would get a cold sore. Even though she died two years ago and I’m only remembering that tone of voice as I’m typing this, I feel like I might be getting a cold sore. I’d better stop typing and go do something fun and forget about those times.
You might check out a book called The Emotion Code. It has helped me release a bunch of toxic trapped emotions and I don't get triggered like I used to.
I can completely understand this mate, all my life been fucked up because of exactly what you described, awful. Hate to say this but why have kids in the first place if your only going to destroy them from the inside out by their behaviour.
Have you checked Dr Berg's videos on loss? Especially his videos on B1 as benfothiamine and on electrolytes, especially potassium. I think the best is Dr electrolytes formula.
This is so interesting. My Mother died in December, I ended up getting a cold, which I haven't had in well over a decade. I was also in the process of moving and I ended up getting weird rashes on the back of my hands, wrists and on the front of my right leg. There was nothing different in my diet or every day living, except those events that happened and I know it was because of grief and stress.
I think you should pick up some form of meditation and mindfulness, and also crying out all the emotions or screaming therapy, these should help with stress/trauma in the body Also a good diet can help, try switching up different foods, maybe try probiotic foods Exercise for endorphins
What causes me the most stress is the over-response to the bug with which most people are currently preoccupied. I beat stress with multiple daily walks, in the sun, if possible.
Thank you Dr Berg again for this important video, unfortunately most of the nasty flu episodes I had happened right after I had to deal with certain toxic personalities. I only could get away from this emotional trap by creating new hobbies that kept me from overthinking certain situations. Hobbies like listening to music, cooking ,writing or reading etc. Can keep us in both good mental & physical shape.

Wow Dr. Berg this makes complete sense! I feel like I’ve been stressed my whole life! But really it started maybe when I was around 13. I was constantly sick with the common cold. Anything would get me sick. I’ve had shingles and strep throat multiple times. I didn’t even know why. I also developed food allergies. & nobody believed me because I was fine when I was younger. People kept telling me they were “fake.” Yet I had to deal with the continuous pain from the recurring ear infections I would get by eating the foods I was allergic to! 😓 i still struggle to understand what my body is going through. Can we reverse food allergies??? That’s my big question lol.
Saying that, after close to 3 years I have been on Keto and as far as I'm concerned, is the only way to be, I stopped using coconut oil for. Time because I realized that it's antibacterial and I was having issues with SIBO flare up. When I stopped I saw healing results. Do you have any thoughts concerning this? Thank you in advance.
That could very well be your gut microbiome needs space to heal. Sounds like you got it figured out. If you want to kill microbes use coconut oil, oregano oil. Then you want to replenish with good bacteria via fermented foods. I primarily cook with (raw) grassfed butter and only use coconut oil or avocado oil to fry with (which is rare). MCT oil rarely. Sticking to grassfed animal form with nutrients and butyrate most of the time is best. Ghee if you can’t have butter. Or straight fat of the animal is pretty traditional/noninflammatory if it’s from a high quality source. I just love the taste of butter so that’s what I go with 👍
I use coconut oil for oil pulling but that is about it. I rarely ingest it. Or I might use for skin problems since my skin is pretty sensitive to some lotions.
Nutritional yeast and vitamin B1 has helped a lot. What I am do right now and I think that it is really working is to concentrate on the physical feeling of the anxiety, I also do it with anger, and just try to feel the physical feeling, where it is, does it move, what kind of feeling it is and so on while I just try to blank the mind. If the mind starts to become active, then I concentrate on the physical feeling more. If you do this thoughts will pop up in your mind of what to do, if a through pops up and it seems you can't move forward with it, go back to the physical feeling, some thoughts you will be able to go deeper in and either accept them or know what to do. It is hard to explain to you exactly how I understand this and hope I can help you. We have to feel our feelings wether good or bad and when we suppress them and don't deal with them then they affect our mental health which in turn affect our physical health.

I never recovered from the flu and so at the end of January my doctor did a titer test on me and said it came back positive for Epstein-Barr. I was diagnosed with that which was also known as chronic fatigue immune deficiency syndrome and fibromyalgia. Back then nobody knew what to do about it. Of course it was all in my head and there was no treatment. Very quickly after, more auto immune diseases started happening to me. PCOS, sojourners disease, Bell’s palsy, and Hashimoto’s. I’ve lived 26 years with these autoimmune diseases and now there’s so many the doctors only treat the current ones and forget about the existing ones. I came from a background of horrific child abuse and also domestic abuse throughout my adulthood. I can verify for sure that these things of happened to me and flare up on me when I’m going through periods of extreme stress.

I thought I was imagining things but I really was getting a low grade fever every time I got stressed out. I learned to control my stress levels real quick.
That’s why people fall apart when they stop (ie. go on vacation, retire, get an injury that stops high level sports training).
Dr. Berg, The informative and interesting content is helpful and much appreciated! ❤
Thank you Dr Berg.😃

Hello, what are the best vitamins to take that are natural and not synthetic?
Hi dr. can you talk about Ulnar nerve entrapment in the elbow.
Yes please
Thank you for the video suggestion. I will check with Dr. Berg about doing a video on this!

I just love the taste of butter so that’s what I go with 👍
Interesting. Thanks for sharing.
I use coconut oil for oil pulling but that is about it. I rarely ingest it. Or I might use for skin problems since my skin is pretty sensitive to some lotions.
Please make a video on anxiety with ibs and overthinking, how to stop them?
@@picturetaker3997 yeah you are right bro, mental feeling is not letting me heal. It's been more than 4 years. I'm dealing with ibs-d idk how to deal the fear and stress from this disease
Thanks for sharing this Dr Berg. Can you do a video about trauma 🙌🏽🙌🏽
Narcissists abuse can cause hectic stress from toxic relationships. I'm so healthier being free from this, and yes definitely stress free
Every since I added one piece of lemon to my diet I stopped having any colds or infections of any kind I am addicted to lemon 🍋 flavour so I don’t mind 👍🏿
Been sick once in the past 4 years and it was after covid was determined a pandemic. I work at a grocery store and the chaos during that time was stressful
Yes absolutely
In 1994, I was 31 and I had a really bad flu. During that flu, my grandfather who was everything to me, died.
So sad what someone has gone through. Hope so much the days ahead bring comfort. 🌞
And wearing mask can also cause infection. Don't promote mask wearing.
Lol, I have been wearing a mask for over a year with no issues. Check on the health of your local surgeons if you think masks cause infections.

Dr Berg, I am completely convinced that I have Sibo because of a stress that got triggered.
Wearing the 😷 is more stressful than anything for me. And I think this is what this society wants us to be.
Everything starts with stress

What you said is true for me.
Absolutely, my boss came into work in his thin clear fabric underwear when I was alone working overtime and fresked me out and the following days I got a severe viral cold had a fever 4 days and had to miss work for a week. yea i think shock and trauma triggers illness.
Wtf?
Social triggering are a culprit amongst the anxious times we re in.
Although I had been having subtle symptoms of a gluten allergy for a year or more, I didn't develop the pianful gluten rash (herpetiformis dermititis) until a week or so after my father passed away.
It took four more years of wrong treatments and misdiagnosis before finally pinning down this food allergy.
I got my autoimmune disease and fibromyalgia after chronic stress
Dr. Berg, is there a connection between stress and cancer?
Stress has activated a cold sore on my mouth. It's been awhile, usually when I'm without a vehicle and having to get to work without one lol.
Have you checked Dr Berg's videos on stress? On B1 as benfothiamine and on electrolytes? The best electrolytes is Dr Berg's electrolytes formula I think.

The metabolic landscape. Insulin is blunted by HGH, melatonin, and glucagon. So advanced people have learned to use that to improve their health and longevity. Why? Because all these hormones have a time and place, which can be messed up be trying to eliminate one of them when it is needed.

Should you still intermittent fast when under stress and lack of sleep?
As long as one has enough nutrients in, yes. However getting enough sleep is key. If one can't get enough sleep, one should check for any nutrients deficiencies. Especially stress uses a lot of b1 (best is as benfothiamine) and electrolytes (best is, by far, Dr Berg's electrolytes formula.) Then also check his vitamin D3&k2 videos and check how much is enough. Those are the basics to repair sleep troubles and damages from stress.

I know what you mean. I feel like everything that has been mandated by the government was designed to make us sicker. I feel the same about the unapproved experimental drug injections as well.
