You remind of Thomas Elva Edison fail several times consecutively but when pass create masterpiece that shape the society and humanity.
I am not supporting this guy but I have noticed 3 things hear me out:
1. He lost his father, when he's making fun of tragedy to comedy, but having no father obviously means he had lost his focus so he was never satisfied where ever he landed a job.
2. At 7:36 he mentions that he got highest in interview now having such rich experience not just work experience helped him clear Interview otherwise most just clear exams but have nothing much to say in interview kya experience share karoge ki 4 Saal se mein kamre mein band tha.
3. Even though he was working he did self study and cleared the exams it's very important to note ki yeh possible Hain because today Tuitions/Tutorials/Coaching Classes has become nearly a million dollar industry in India (not kidding)
So most important i believe is ki agar 12th Karke bhi agar aap khud padna Nahi sikhe toh yeah toh education system mein problem which pushed people to go for tuition and coaching, yeah for aap ko khud pe doubt hai.
Jo Banda IGNOU se padke itna Kar sakta hai toh hum bhi Kar sakte Hain. By the way IGNOU is very cheap alternative to pursue grads. Aaj Kal Grads College fees have gone to roof.

Bhai aap education system ki bat bilkul sahi kar rahe ho mai up ke ek chhote se gaanv se hu parivar me bs yahi tha ki B.A. Pvt karakar shadi kar do bartan jhadu pochha khana banane me perfect bana do bss pr ro dhokar MA bhi kara di bahar ki duniya se koi contact nhi tha gov.job compitition kya hota hai kuch ni pata pr fir ab 12th ke 7 sal bad kosis ki padhne ki gov.job ki tyari me lagi hu 1 sal se 6to 8th ncert padhi kuch subjects ki basics thk kiye aur lagi hui hu pta ni kya hoga pr ummid hai ki itne sal baad upar wale ne koi rasta dikhaya hai to kuch socha hoga mere liye. Pr jab dekhti hu students 4,6 salo se lage hai 12 ke bad hi tyari me lag jate hai tab sahas toot ta hai par fir sochti hu kya hua agar mai late ho gayi to mai ab bhi kar sakti hu abhi der nahi hu

UPSC choose the best one and worst their whole life.. Sad but absolutely true... They never use them.. After becoming an IAS or IPS.. They always controlled by politicians.. If someone argued them(politicians).... Then they will be transfered as IFS(FOREST MINISTER).. And the work of forest minister is counting the tress. Ultimately I want to say CIVIL OFFICERS are really very talented people plz use them in their appropriate field...

Excellent. As our employer had wound up his business when we were in middle age, with families.Some employees even commited suicide. I brought a second hand manual typewriter and started applying. Slowly interview calls started coming. Earlier the interviews were not successful. Articles used to appear regarding interviews. I analysed the interview failures and the flaws were corrected. Some people came to know this. Candidates for various positions asked me for advice for facing interviews and I gave them freely. The candidates were happy with me. One candidate who got the job, later revealed that the interview was very successful, but at the end, the CEO asked one question, Is the answers your original or somebody has coached you?. I realised my folly. I do not coach anybody for interview or make any resume because original thought process gets shut and moreover there is an inherent dishonesty in the coaching process.

this is not relevant today because difficulty level has gone up substantially while the number of seats have been constantly decreasing with increasing number of aspirants. see the difficulty level of sbi clerk mains and you will realise!!

That was different phase , India has worked on primary and secondary sector during 1999 to 2006, so our country has large scope for service sector, that is why Manmohan Singh gov had come with many jobs. Probably we also see next year ,how much skills job will be created as last 4 years India is working on primary and manufacturing sector.
Matlab kuch bhi ha.. Khud padhai nahi karna, aur sara dosh system pe daal dena?? I have completed my graduation in 2014 (during Modi govt's rule) and successfully cleared 7 competitive exams within 2 years. Now I am working as a Scale 1 officer in PSU and simultaneously preparing for UPSC. Where the hell less vacancies came?? Every year Lakhs of candidates get a govt job and the most important thing they do is that they just focus on their preparation, learn from past mistakes and again work hard, instead of blaming others for their failure. And one more thing I have cleared all these exams from unreserved category.
