    Malvika,
    I am 19. Due to certain circumstances, my mother is not with me. I miss her so much but due to some other people she neglect me and don't talk to me on a regular basis. I always Pray she is fine.
    This video made me really emotional.
    I am trying really hard to become financially independent currently.

    I've extremely toxic family and my mother is a victim of domestic violence & abusive marriage from the beginning.
    In this lockdown the toxicity has gone to another level. My father is constantly creating problems don't let us live in peace. Now my two best friends ...don't know even I single bit of this part of my life ..and it makes my life more miserable.Ive to lie to them about going to my hometown .. they respect my father a lot.. I can't see shame in their eyes for my family..but what's my fault in this.. I didn't choose my family. Inspite of being a government employee my mother has never took any step against my father & it encouraged him more.
    I wanna tell my best friends everything ..don't want to lie about having such a broken family. But everytime just fear sneaks in my mind & I can't. I love my mother but now even I'm thinking to step out of my house & stay in a pg. But for that also I've to tell more & more lies to everyone. I just wanna be honest about everything ..still don't know if that'd be correct or not.

      If it makes you happy and you can afford it,move out. Take mom along if she wants to come. Don't tell your friends because friendships change over the course of time(they might not) and this will become just gossip for others.

      @DivyaD5624 3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Move on. Don’t suffer before it turns into a habit.your mom has job and you are not a kid. Be responsible and give a good life to your mom. You are already a storing girl.- this is what I do in that situation. We are all different do what you heart says but be strong and donot make suffering a habit.

    • @taksheelashetty
      @taksheelashetty 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Don't leave your mom alone and move on . Whatever she is doing or suffering is because of the society . She is in the phase where she knows if she chose freedom her daughter will have to face circumstances. Become your mom's bestfriend. And try to help her out . And do not lie to your friends now I'll explain you why coz one or the other day they'll surely get to know . So better tell them that you're suffering . True friends will help you out of this . And please help your mom out of this . Don't allow her to suffer and tell her to forget society and move on .

    1.confessing how you feel. I see my mom not saying anything to people when they are hurting her. She gets hurt and just tell us how she felt. I always tell her say on their face. But she is so sweet that she never can. I hope someday she will be able.
    2.Be independent on your feet.My mother has suffered a lot. Because she was a housewife. She never did anything for herself as she didnot have her own income source. It breaks my heart when i think how she has spent her youth. I want to give her the world. She deserves the world.
    3.Faith on Allah. HE is there, HE will be there for us and everything HE does and will do to us is best for us.
    4.How to be kind to people.tho nowdays i am loosing it.
    5.How to be a mother. What a mother does.

    Here's a cute story, so I am very underweight and used to be quite insecure about my body but when people used to see me in traditional clothing and all, they used to say that I look exactly like my mother and I get so happy when someone says that, it not only makes me feel beautiful and perfect in my body but makes me realise that I not only look like her, but I am poised like her and sit and talk like her, it makes me feel that I've achieved one of the goals in my life and I'm getting towards rest( I'm 21). It makes me forget all my insecurities.

    3) Rise early and do not be lazy. She is a workaholic I must say.
    4) Do not spend money on unnecessary buys.
    5) Her faith is beautiful. Though I am not spiritual as compared to her, I feel empowered.
    6) Do not put your anger on food. Always count your blessings.
    7) currently learning from her not be glued to your phone and practise morning rituals.
    I can write more. She is a living force I learn from each day. ❤

    It's clearly visible in your talk how honest you are in saying this that you have picked these habits from your mom ..
    Because each and every detail that you are sharing reflects your habit of being honest 🙂
    So relatable and very true 👍

    Please take this as constructive criticism and NOT hate.
    As someone who a lot of young girls look up to. Please stop using mental health disorders so frivolously. Wanting to be organised is not being OCD. The life of someone who has OCD is HARD to a point you don’t understand. Let me explain it simply. They have obsessive thoughts about things & then perform compulsive behaviours to get rid of these thoughts. Wanting to clean is NOT OCD. By using these terms so loosely, you’re debilitating the people who suffer through OCD. Please be more mindful of your lingo as a lot of people look upto you. I started this video and couldn’t watch past 1.5 mins because of this. Educate yourself!

    I am usually not a person who posts comments on a public platform but this video did remind me of my own mother and how much I love her. And you just proved that its not a particular day that should be celebrated as mother's day but everyday is mother's day! Thank you for being so honest and pure.

    The 5things are as follows
    * caring or u can say a motherly figure
    * to be organized every work u do ( I try yet sometimes fail to do so)
    * stand for urself raise voice for ur rights
    * faith in god (which i am trying to be regular in praying and stuff)
    *never hurt ur beloved ones
    And the most important habit is always work hard without caring about whats the results wouks be i mean like be practical as well as u know hardworking because hardwork always pays off
    Love u malz and love from odisha
    U r just a sweetheart and i can say I relate to u 110% i think the way u think u do u work ur choices ur habits are so similar to me and I can connect with in just secs...... ❤️✨
