Brightline Passes by the crossing where the incident occurred

I thought quiet zones required quad gates, but I guess not. The Illinois Lincoln service installed quad gates and fencing for the entire route.

Hear me out, it makes no sense that no matter how much our local and federal governments try to improve safety measures and yet some moron driver try’s to get across while the gates are down it pisses me off
