Hi Kaushik, like your vlogs. I am 5.9, confused between Himalayan 450 and scrambler 400x. I will be going mostly with my wife. Will 400x be a suitable bike for pillion (with stock or if I buy quilted seat from triumph)? My style of riding and places preference is same as yours.
Both bikes are gud but i trust Triumph as after riding it 14k kms i have not faced any issue, for pillion bike is having enough space even after installing the top box and have more than sufficient power to climb any road and for highways. U can try sahara gel seat cover which is gud and pocket friendly as well👍
kindly mention if the sahara seats are better than the triumph quilted seats? Also do u feel pilion rider seat also should have had the gel foam (depending on your wife"s input)? . Kindly reply
Bro u & ur pillion will be comfortable in both bikes but scrambler will be lil more comfortable for touring as it has longer suspension and lil bit big & long in dimensions.
Kunal bro back rest was ok for the highway for pillion & my wife was having ample space for her comfort, top box has a very thin line of joint so no probs as beckrest

Hi Parvesh bhaiya,,,,,i m soon going to be getting married,,,,,main bahut confused hu bike ko lekar ki scrambler lu ya himalayan ya fir guerilla,,,,,kyonki meri height 5'4 h aur already classic 500 jo ki bahut bhare h ,,,voh chalata hu ,,,,agar main sirf apne liye bike leta toh light weight aur kam seat height vali prefer krta ,,,jaise ki guerilla,,,,,but wife(pillion) k comfort ko madhya nazar rakhte hue unfortunately himalayan pr jana ki soch rha hu jo ki bhare aur height jyada h ,,,,kyonki himalayan pr pillion ka comfort thoda accha h ,,,,meri bhe hone vali wife ko bike ride comfortable nhe lgte ,,,isliye aapse relate kr pa rha hu ,,,,,accha haan pichle trip me dekha maine aapki bike girne k baad bhe damage ho gye ,,,,,,stock crash guard me actually protect nhe kr pata ,,,maine logo k gear lever aur rear break lever bhe bend hote hue dekhe h ,,,,toh i will suggest ki moto torque ya autoengina ek baar try krne k liye ,,,,,vlog bahut accha lga ,,,,,may be future me kabhe ek sath ride lgane ka mauka mile aapke sath,,,,,Take care
I think best fit for you will be Speed 400, pillion comfort, great suspension, lightweight, agile handing, all required features best built roadster in this segment u can tour wid pillion as well with low seat height. Rest u should go and test ride it avoid Himi 450 too heavy & hard to mange it weight in city on touring wid pillion

There is no big difference wid pillion, 27-30 on city, 30-33 on highways if rides below 6k rpm.
I am 5.10 my wife is 5.2 sir ,which more comfortable triumph speed or scramler to ride with pillion and luggage
