Well, ive played 47yrs so far, and mimd you, this is just a brief warm up. i d say i really moved forward with my speed/dexterity around 1999 when this hot chick introduced me Drum and Bass music which i saw as a challenge. After about six months of quite determined practice i was playing at 170 bpm for 15-20 minutes at a time. id step up the tempo to the edge of my ability, play there, and then push it a bit faster for a couple minutes, always pushing the limits
How long do i have to play bass to play bass how you just did ? Dude that was insane !
