I've noticed i have much better luck with hoons lasting longer on asphalt than concrete. The older the asphalt the better. I run in an old closed down municipal airport runway and get over a dozen runs on silver and 6 or 8 on white. Even gold last a couple packs. If i run on new ish concrete they're all destroyed after a pack or 2. There's an old pea gravel looking tarmac lot i play on that is so slick the tires look brand new when i leave. Absolute best thing I've found is constantly checking for tire sales and when hoons are marked way down like they were recently for $19 a pair is stock way up and have fun.
Man those proxxes definitely last longer and have more grip. I think that makes them less fun to bash around with though. I put them on my felony and they grip so much that shit wanted to flip over instead of letting the rear end kick out. I was literally typing this when i got to the part in the video where you mentioned it 🤣🤣🤣
🤣🤣🤣 They almost got me! Soon as they warm up.... stiiiiicky! I just ran the hoons yesterday. Its exactly what you said. I'm saving the proxes for racing folks. Hoons for bashing.
I've got a helmet mount and aluminum extensions from amazon bolted to the rear diffuser. Yep, it's a gopro hero 7 black. I have the 12 on my forehead cam, but it doesn't have gps anymore. I think the 11 is the last one that gives the speedometer overlay.
I wanted one of these till I saw how bad they eat these crazy expensive tires. Do they last more than like 3 packs I’d you aren’t constantly drifting it?
Definitely not drifting the whole time. The Prolines really won't let you. They're too sticky and you'll definitely roll over. The Hoons... 1 pack of constant drifting and They're absolutely toast. The solution is VIPAZ tires from WestOz RC. I'll be doing a few videos on them. 1 is up now. You can see how long the silver hoons don't last in it🤦🏿♂️🤣. Thanks for watching 👊🏿💪🏿

I haven't tried with belted tires... but yes. There are so many ways and I can't tell you which is best... but you can bake them about 400⁰ for 5-10 minutes and pop the wheels off... obviously burns risk and it stinks up the house lol. You can also let them sit in a small amount of acetone for a day or too to break down the glue. I've successfully used a hairdryer to heat the glue and pop tires off as well. But none were belted and I definitely ruin a rim and tire or 2

I've actually switched over the VIPAZ solid rubber tires from WestOz RC and M2C Racing. Doesn't matter the surface. That just keep goin! 💪🏿💪🏿

Try Vipaz solid rubber tires from M2C racing. I get about 20 packs of 9000mah on one set.
I have a couple sets. Just finished testing out some different sized for M2C 👊🏿💪🏿
What did u use to mount the camera and that’s a go pro that does the speed like that?

I've got about 3 packs through the Prolines now. I figure 4-5 packs of fast laps mixed with some drifting out of them
Believe him yo. No shrugs about it. Roll with it 🎉
🤣🤣 I think it's time for one of those midnight snackos
