what is the roti made up of ?
Mandua ki roti is made of ragi/finger millet.
+dancedevour Mandua is a cereal grown in hills which is super nutritious as well as delicious!!!
This is a cereal name as Finger millet, In India somewhere this is known as Raagi and some where Madwa or Mandua and Nachni, the cereal is looking like brown mustard seeds. It is very nutritious and keep body cool. In odisha people eat it in summer (Food as Mandia jau ). You can eat this flour during the dangerous disease jaundice .
