Though in terms of total chakra amount, I think Naruto’s Kurama was able to recharge his usable chakra back to his regular levels over time. That part is just my speculation though. (Team 7 hype!)

I'm guessing there's a simpler explanation. Kurama isn't a mindless animal. Minato's half of Kurama probably realized that their other half was now working with Naruto. The situation had changed. And even if the Minato's half of Kurama doesn't know all the details it knows that an identical half of itself decided to trust Nartuo, so Minato's half decided to trust it's other half's decision for now. And anyways, Kurama hates Madara, so the decision to work together to fight Madara isn't the hardest decision. If an identical clone of you experiences something different than you then decides to do something you should consider trusting their decision. Because that's the same decision you would have made if you'd been in that identical clone's position.

I'm guessing there's a simpler explanation. Kurama isn't a mindless animal. Minato's half of Kurama probably realized that their other half was now working with Naruto.
The situation had changed. And even if the Minato's half of Kurama doesn't know all the details it knows that an identical half of itself decided to trust Nartuo, so Minato's half decided to trust it's other half's decision for now. And anyways, Kurama hates Madara, so the decision to work together to fight Madara isn't the hardest decision.
If an identical clone of you experiences something different than you then decides to do something you should consider trusting their decision. Because that's the same decision you would have made if you'd been in that identical clone's position.
