    Additional Note: Since mas malaki ang coefficient of thermal expansion ng Bronze, ang Bronze ang magkakaroon ng mas malaking Thermal Deformation.

    nag increase po temp it means nag elongate ang rods, ibigsabihin lumagpas po siya sa block. hindi po ba compressive stress ang need para mabalik sa pagiging maikli at level siya ng block

    Hello what if temperature is not involved in the problem?

    • @cebox
      @cebox  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If nasa topic ka ng thermal stresses, there must be temparature involved. If wala, therefore normal stresses lang at axial deformation ang meron dun.

      @@cebox yes sir. what if magkaiba ng length ang steel? at parehong steel ang tatlong rod?

    • @cebox
      @cebox  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Then magkakaroon na tayo ng tatlong unknown nun sa axial deformation. Bale 3 thermal deformations (masosolve mo naman ito since may given na change of T), then 3 axial deformations. Mahirap magtype ng equation thru phone e.

    Sir how to determine the temperature increase that would cause the entire weight of the block carried by the steel rods??? Given by those valuese mentioned in a given. Paki response po sir thanks.

      Kulang po question po ninyo. If ang pinahapahanap po ay temperature increase, then dapat may given po na Elongation po sa mga rod.

    Hello po sir, ask lang po paano isolve na yung stress pag naging uneven na ang block kasi hnd na kaya isupport ng rods?

    • @cebox
      @cebox  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hello. Proceed po kayo sa ibang problems namin. May uneven po run or unsymmetrical situation, dun po namin diniscuss ano mangyayari sa strain and deformation...

    Hello sir, palagi po bang mas malaki ang deformation ng mas mahabang rod?

    • @cebox
      @cebox  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Not necessarily, pero karaniwan, kung sino ang may malaking coefficient of expansion, siya yung mas malaki ang deformation, kasi yung coefficient of expansion, siya yung magdedetermine na kapag tumaas ba yung temperature, ano yung magiging reaction niya run. Kung mas mataas, mageelongate siya nang mas mabilis compare to others na medyo maliit ang coefficient of expansion.

    Ask lang po sir, bakit po tension din ang inapply na load sa rod? Kung pa elongate din ang effect ng temperature

    • @cebox
      @cebox  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Ah, since nagelongate po siya, need natin ng tensile force sa cable papunta sa rod po, para maibalik natin siya dun sa rod. If compression pa rin ang iaapply natin sa cable, mas liliit yun, at 'di na natin maibabalik papunta sa original position sa rod.

    Hello sir, papano po malalaman kung anong sign ang gagamitin sa deformations, kung positive or negative?

    • @cebox
      @cebox  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Compession/Contraction is (-), Tension/Elongation is (+).

    • @cebox
      @cebox  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No, the final level ng rigid block ay due to the weight alone, so, that means na yun na ang final niyang deformation. Now, that deformation due to weight ay composed of the thermal deformation and the normal deformation sa mga rod.
