I like a big screen but what is interesting is the OEM retractable screen allowed for nothing to be desired from those passing by while your car is parked. Once you ditch the OEM for that big screen you are unable to retract. Just curious if there are any options to upgrade with a retractable screen? Great feature walkthrough vid.
Awesome upgrade guys, had mine for a couple off weeks now and navigating is so much better than the command system that I paid 4K extra for when I purchased the car, so much flexibility….cracking upgrade

i’ve got a 2014 w204 c300, on the site it says “2011-2015 facelift w204) 2015 is w205, is that just an error? anyway how is this screen any big issues??is it worth it? i don’t have a back up cam but could i get one with this? does the audio all work well sound good? Steering wheel functions still work too?? also i live in canada where it can get to -40, how does it do in the cold

hello, I already installed an android on my s204, (10.5) , but I have a problem, when the car dashboard lights or I start the car engine, there is a background noise in the speakers in AUX mode .. . .. very unpleasant.... but when I turn off the AUX mode, everything is ok. What can it be? any tips? thanks.

I installed the NTG 5 android 12.3 inch to my Mercedes e350 2016, but the NTG menu icon does not show on the screen, I need to switch back to original screen in order to set audio to aux…I installed all plugs and harness correctly…please help

Does anyone happen to know how to get the ntg menu to come up? Mine does but instead of it displaying NTG on under the car icon on the android menu it just says car, so I don’t think it’s reading my car correctly. My radio and cd options work but that’s it. Please help.

Everything installed. Followed to a T!
Watched every trouble shooting video under the sun.
There is no sound no matter what I do.
The only thing I can hear is the old FM radio.
No CarPlay, no Amazon music app, it even the pre-loaded songs.
The radio is a nightmare to get back in so I hope I don’t have to take it back out.
Very frustrating this ate up my whole day

I found the issue! There is a separate setting with the AUX needing to be initiated, it’s right above activating the air conditioner….weird

1) icons on screen keep flickering constantly.
2) I’m seeing overlapping screens.
Seeing the new main screen. But in the background faintly is the old original screen.

i have wonderfoo android 12 radio for benz w176. Unfortunately, switching to the reversing camera doesn't work for me. nothing happens. do you have to change something in the settings?
Depends on your NTG version. There is a setting to control this. I recommend giving us a call 786-242-5400.

I have SiriusXM on my Mercedes, can I still listen to SAT radio (or regular local radio) and be in Apple CarPlay at the same time with this unit?
Yes, but you will not get any sound from the CarPlay in that case (No audible navigation directions) - only sound will be from the AM/FM or Sirius radio you are playing.

Hi, we’d recommend trying option 16 for your model. However, if this does not work, you can simply select the other options and go through a trial and error process. 👍🏼

ive had mine for 2 years and today it decided to stop working... not sure what the problem could be. im gonna call up the guy that installed it for me and see what he can do. it seems to be power related because i can still hear the radio and control it but the screen isnt powering up

I have an Gl450 no sound when I put it to the radio it’s no signal when I put the car in reverse is no signal so when I call customer service they saying that I need account I was wondering is there anybody account that I can use so I can get mine‘s working all I need I think it’s just a name and phone number of anybody can help show me what I’m doing wrong
What’s the difference between pre face lift and face lift when purchasing?
Pre Facelift is the older W204 body style. W204 is the updated design. You can google the models and look for pictures of the interior to distinguish.
Where does this ship from? How long is shipping?
Depending on your model, the screen will either ship from our Miami facility, or direct to you from factory. Shipping time is 1-2 weeks to recieve
How do you get a SIM card to work? I’ve tried everything I can think of and it won’t recognize any Sim card. I have the latest 12” screen in my C63S.
Hi, it may be related to the carrier- we’ve seen some give issues with connectivity.

those features are super cool and are definitely a huge upgrade for the car. I just don't like the look of it. It doesn't integrate well into the W204 interior design... :-/ still, awesome what you did there!

Hi i was wondering if you could help me, i purchased an upgrade screen for my Mercedes 2010, E220 Spt CDI Blueeffincy Coupe, I sent them pictures of the original before I purchased, and they sent me what they said was the correct one, but I have no sound and it doesn't seem to have power to the stereo, Im thinking they might have sent me the wrong one, They don't answer any of my texts for months thank in advance.

@@fashionunlimited1178 There should not be audio lag when playing music or videos direct from the screen. However, if you are using bluetooth from your phone to the screen then there will be a slight audio delay.
@@accessoriesinternationalin6358 so if I understand correctly with a SIM card or WiFi there shouldn't be a delay but with Bluetooth there will be in regards to TH-cam, Netflix etc...
@@fashionunlimited1178 No. If you use TH-cam, Netflix, etc, directly from your screen, there will be no delay. However, if you pair your phone to the screen via bluetooth, and then play a TH-cam video from your phone, the audio which comes out of the car speakers will have a delay.

I OWN A 2015 MERCEDES ML 350, I LOOKED ON YOUR SITE AND YOU DON'T CARRY THE ONE FOR THAT MODEL, I'VE ONLY SEEN IT ON THE 4X4 SHOP CANADA CHANNEL, I WOULD REALLY PREFER TO ORDER IT FROM THE STATES. I LIKE YOU LIVE IN FLORIDA, THE TAMPA BAY ARE TO BE EXACT. JUST ONE OTHER THING DOES THIS UNIT HAVE A MULTI BAND EQ AND DSP?
