    I'm not an Aggie, but my cousin was the 12th man in 2013-15, Sam Miller. He became the first 12th man to block a punt, and he scored a safety on that play too!

    Make sure you show up the night before the game, to experience midnight yell practice, also show up 3 hours early. You will see the Corps of Cadets march into Kyle Field.

      Slight caveat on that last point. The route changes every week. In recent years the route has mostly been around the MSC.

    How fitting that the first 12th Man to score a TD was Cullen Gillaspia.
    Also, our 12th Man tradition is more than just about being loud, but about being there for your fellow man/Aggie. Case in point: Muster, Silver Taps, Big Event, the mass volunteering for WW2, and Bonfire. In particular, the way all current and former Aggies responded to the collapse of 1999, perfectly demonstated what the spirit is all about.

    Ok Igor might have a crush on Revellie but nonwithstanding A&M has the best set of traditions in NCAA Football. Midnight Yell Practice, 12th Man, Kiss your date after a Score, and the Revellie stuff- if she barks in class, class is dismissed being especially sweet. Love the amount of passion the whole state has for Football, from HS on to the Pros.
    It's always Football Season in Heaven

    What IS the scheme/intent/strategy for TAMU selecting a stadium entrance tune which is laced with profanity plus numerous racial slurs? How best to correct this?

    • @chetbeasley
      @chetbeasley 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      the scheme/intent/strategy is because it is a badass song. lyrics aren’t even played. get a life and stop hating on a song because it is a genre you don’t like.

      @@chetbeasleyWhy do you think its "bad ass"? I think just the opposite. Profanity and racial slurs have no place in representing TAMU. This is a hill you really want to die on? What is beneficial about profanity?

      @@Dodgevair are any of those “profane” or “racist” lyrics played during texas a&m games?
