here's my frye campus boot haul video that i lost and had to re-edit! :)
i've been wanting these boots for a YEAR! and i finally pulled the trigger because they are $500 bucks!
you can definitely find em way cheaper at vintage stores or thrifting. but for the sake of the video, i bought em new so i can return the one i didn't want.

i decided to keep the saddle color after experimenting with a few outfits. and if you saw my coachella videos, you probably knew that already lol.
after getting some wear in them, i do kinda wish sizing up bc the toe box was a bit too tight for me. but perhaps they will stretch a bit since they are leather. i just gotta put in the miles lol.
for reference, i am a true 6.5 and bought a 6.5. I'm 5'1 and they come right below my knees, which i LOVE!!!!
they arent the most comfy on my heel, so i just bought lil gel heel cups so they dont take up room in the toe area and they feel so much better!
i have tecova cowboy boots too and i think i just like the vibes of these better?!?!
whats your fave knee high boot? any other shoe you recommend i try?! :)

What size are you usually in shoes? What size did you end up getting? I’m a size 6.5 and don’t know if I should get a 7 instead! I have kinda big calves lol.
i ended up keeping the 6.5 and always wear a 6.5! the toe box is a lil snug but hasn't given me blisters!!!!!! and my calves measure about 12"

i ended up keeping saddle...i just felt like it was easier to style with what was already in my closet! banana def is the more trendy color atm, but i just felt like it didnt suit me as much as the saddle. 🥰
I’m having the same dilemma on boot colors. I have banana but am also tan and wonder if I should get saddle instead .

I have a vintage pair of 70s banana color Frye campus boots . And they are a deeper shade than the modern Banana . I'm loving the brighter yellow tones on the newer campus boots. But I have been dying for a pair of the Saddle color.
I'd say keep both , but if I had to choose, I vote the saddle they stood out and looked so awesome with your skin tone .
