What material you took when you printed the parts? I wish I could use CAD half as good as you do. Have so many special parts I want to print but not able to use CAD software to get it done. Thinking of buying a 3D scanner
It's 100% Prusament PCCF (awesome stuff) until I ran out of it for the wheel rims at 8:48. My personal view on the 3D scanner is that it can help in some very specific cases or for organic shapes, where it is difficult to measure the object using regular methods. However, for any regular use I think learning even just a tiny bit of CAD becomes very useful very quickly. People recently recommend onshape, so just for consideration:)
You got a hell of a vehicle there, 8 wheel steering, 8 wheel drive, and the perfect length. Seeing how well it scale's up then down, so smooth. Ukraine could use something like what you made.
This the Tantra 813 Kolos? You do great work, bro! Have you seen the Cross RC BC-8F Mammoth 8x8? I just ordered one. I can't wait to put it together. It's like a jigsaw puzzle, with so many parts. lol.
Yes! Thanks man, it's mostly inspired by the 813. It won't be exactly scale after it though, that's not the goal, and I am sacrificing some scale look for the best terrain performance. I think I saw the Mammoth before, looks completely awesome, I am sure you will have fun!
What an awesome build!
Genial! Saludos!
Nice you made all those parts, so cool.👍
Obdivuji tvůj design bead locků, elegantní způsob jak uzamknout pneumatiku na obou stranách. A mám dotaz, kde nakupuješ ložiska?
Díky! Na ložiska mám docela perfektní doporučení:)
1) nejlepší www.loziska-rc.com/
2) www.tobex.cz/
3) 123bearing.eu
@@mjetdevelopment mnohokrát díky :)

I'd be proud
Awesome! What size are those tires?
Standard 2.2" crawler tires. About 145mm outer diameter.
