The first album I bought was CAN THE CAN in 1973 by SUZI QUATRO and her incredible band. Len Tuckey on Guitar Alistair Mckenzie on Keyboards Dave Neal on Drums It is a brilliantly produced primal rock album. Suzi will always be the Queen of Rock n Roll
@@lee-annebarrett366 That's very Cool, Lee-Anne. Dave Neal, was my Drum teacher in 1973, of course he didn't know it. I would get cardboard boxes and old school cases and hit them with whatever I could find, school rulers were my usual choice. I did go on to play Drums in a variety of Bands.
Totally agree with you on that ! I miss when I was much younger and had the absolute privilege to be able to see bands and artists perform locally all over Sydney town in Pubs. We all loved it and spent many weekends doing nothing but drinking and seeing bands etc. sometimes seeing the same band 2 or 3 times in the same weekend. Most definitely did not realise the total of this experience at the time but I sure do now. As for what I call “software singing” it is the absolute worst stuff ever.
What an excellent duet to finish off the first instalment of an eagerly anticipated new series of RW! Suzi Q was entertaining all through - don't miss her crude joke at the end. lol
I have had a crush on Chris Cheney since I was a teenager! Who ever does not know who he is type in TH-cam the living end best male vocal in Aussie and after all this time I'm still madly in love hehehehehehe!
Australia's Tommy Emanuel is widely considered one of the best overall guitarists in the world for decades now, if not the best. His brother Phil is also phenomenal. They were both child prodigy's.
@@lupcokotevski2907 100%. Tommy is arguably the greatest guitarist living today. Chris is amazing and has the vocals to boot. Similar to Mark Lizotte (Diesel) who has to be up there was one of Australia's best singer/guitarists. Oh and Ian Moss (Chisel). But yeah Tommy is GOAT
Ian Moss. A league above both Young and Cheney in guitar proficiency, can sing his arse off as he's sending shivers up you with a riff accomompaniment. It isn't a contest. Great duet, the old(er) and the new(er).
I have tried upon tried to find buy the series season 4,5,6,7,8,9 dvds if more good complete Just had a txt from a jane at sbs on this it's up to the board to re issue But we have lost some great artists But I come back to what Michael Gundskii would do say Stuff the guff, rot re issue them molly be another So who is a fan who wants this reissued How many can we stuff in sbs mail box so they can see their is demand Just think of our great artists but please think of Michael Gundskii, Bones,John English chrisy hinde So come on please let's show sbs

I noticed this too. I feel they just had no chemistry at all. But they still do a great job of this song. I prefer this cover to the original. Chris Cheney is just great.
She still has not lost any of her sweet vocals. Only one suzy Q. Thanks for posting this.
Suzi is just a beautiful person. Great duet here with Chris who performed wonderfully. Thank you for the video.
Totally agree Andrew
The first lady of leather. What a fantastic title. Suzi came from a golden era, and I love her.
RockWiz.. best show ever.. always a surprise at the talent that graced the stage.
I can see the respect She has for this lad, even though she's an old pro. I still think shes wonderful!
Spot on Sean
Chris was and is a gentleman. This collaboration is just so good.
As usual Rock Quiz sets the tone!!
Suzi was the first concert l went to Adelaide South Australia. She is timeless.
She still has a great voice.
That could have been Chris Norman from 1978. Wonderful, Chris Cheney is a star, and Suzi a legend, and the RockWiz band is simply the best.

Mine as well.

Wow 10 years ago - great recording!
Great chemistry. If Suzi Q has a smile on her dial then that's good enough for me.
Omg was thinking the exact the same thing!!
Chris Cheney is such an amazing talent. TLE one of our best live bands
Hats off to the whole team, Suzie, Chris AND the rockwiz musicians, in fact I think these guys do it for me!!
After all these yrs her voice still gets me tingling ..back when raw voices sold records not computer generated crap they call singing these days

Great performance! Love it ❤😊
Suzi has still got it..opens up flames...Chris is Australia's best guitarist..artist to that matter..

No steve kilbey is australias best artist.
Ian Moss would be in the mix for best Aussie Axe player after Tommy Emanuel

Great song!
Loved it ❤
Да вы красавчики!. Будем помнить это лет триста.
nice clip...major structure didn't change but only on the improvisation. Very natural and lovely for live concert :)
Wow, nice voice he got!
Ian Moss. A league above both Young and Cheney in guitar proficiency, can sing his arse off as he's sending shivers up you with a riff accomompaniment.
It isn't a contest. Great duet, the old(er) and the new(er).

Maravillosa cancion

I need AFFORDABLE high speed internet with an excellent, constant signal. This is outrageous. Have been trying for over an hour now. No luck.
Сюзичка, исполняешь песню, также хорошо как в 1978 году, но Крис нужен, только с ним высший пилотаж
Featured in the Movie RED DOG. Suzi got to meet the RED DOG while here in OZ :D
Bellissima canzone Saluto a Tutti da santa Rita do passa Quatro Brasile .
🎸🎸🎸🎸🎶🎶🎶👏💖💖💖

Makes me feel like a drink
Youre my soul mate

👉💥👈
I have tried upon tried to find buy the series season 4,5,6,7,8,9 dvds if more good complete
Just had a txt from a jane at sbs on this it's up to the board to re issue
But we have lost some great artists
But I come back to what Michael Gundskii would do say
Stuff the guff, rot re issue them molly be another
So who is a fan who wants this reissued
How many can we stuff in sbs mail box so they can see their is demand
Just think of our great artists but please think of Michael Gundskii, Bones,John English chrisy hinde
So come on please let's show sbs
Chris Cheney is thinking " Don't stuff this up, that's The Queen of Rock n Roll "
Suzi is thinking " Cor, this young bloke is a bit of alright, plus he knows all the words and is playing all the right chords "
Where's CHRIS NORMAN?
He's at home with his wife
Fantastic...except Chris won't even look at Suzi. She's funny haha 😂😂🎸🎤🎶❤
Ralph Malph and Arnold tag teamed Suzi (aka leather Tuscadero)
love the joke.lol.
the jokes. lolzzz
Suzi certainly doesn't look 61!
Notice how Chris Cheney will not look at Suzi. She wants him to look at her so badly, but Chris will not do it. Nerves? dunno.
I noticed this too. I feel they just had no chemistry at all. But they still do a great job of this song. I prefer this cover to the original. Chris Cheney is just great.
He is a great musician
but he kissed her in the end. 🥰
He's concentrating on the chords and the lyrics.
If he made eye contact, he would go to jelly.
Did we mention it was Suzi Quatro.?
0:08 "What does that mean?"
0:12 "I don't know."
This Chris dude appears afraid, but the two of them sing beautifully together, like all the rest of them who sing this same song.
Certainly not the same chemistry as Chris Norman, but he sang it beautifully
4:05 4:06
what does shit have to do with it?
Man, he has the best arse!
OH, I die :)
Should only be sung with Chris Norman
