A timely lesson on Catholic Social Teaching that helps me better understand 2 with reference to the Bible, CCC, Encyclicals etc. How we need to develop, build & maintain our Horizontal dimension of Relationships within the Body of Christ, our Catholic Church, as well as the larger community & society, the unborn life as well as the dead, in the communion of saints(found in the Apostle’s creed). I learnt how to live my Christian life, God’s way.
Thank you for your positive inspirational talk. The Catechism of the Catholic Church is a wealth of information. Thank you for unpacking it with great references to literature and film.
Wonderful lesson!!! I need to hear this especially when I'm sick and weak like this, and only depending on God and His Mother Mary always. All lessons in Word on Fire Institute are all wonderful and help me a lot and all of you. Thank you all for your love, concern and understanding. Please pray for us, my family are not church goers. That's why I need to evangelize them the right way. Thanks again. God bless everyone abundantly 🙏💖
This makes the Catholic Social Teaching so much easier to understand! I personally loved the references to movies and music I know, (even Downton Abbey!) since im such a movie addict. 💕 Thank you so much WOF!!! God bless you more!!!!🙏🙏🙏
“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.” Romans 8:28 KJV. As a non-Catholic, May I continue to serve God as my full-time employer May I listen with action to the direction of my Heavenly Father. ❤️🙏🏾 Thank you.
If you loved God, then... "Shepherd my lambs", "Feed my sheep", "Shepherd my sheep" (John 21:14-17) so it's not just words but works. Even you say it many many times that you love God is nonsense (Peter was hurt when Jesus asked him thrice if he loved Jesus.
Sensus Fidelium has better teaching on Death Penalty. That channel gives more clarity and not confusion. It is solid Catholic! Here is the link th-cam.com/video/iT1HMmZk9aE/w-d-xo.html

Interesting framework from which to understand the much more expansive and detailed body of Catholic social teaching.

I’m confused 🤷♀️ “the Church’s teaching does not change” but earlier in this same video “the Church now teaches the death penalty is inadmissible.”
