The anime is again downplaying how intense the initial skirmish with the magic swords were. There were those who their limbs almost amputated and some were even impaled. Also Freya has more than 150 members and the largest group of healers in the city but we only ever see Heith. @6:45 there's a reason for their extreme loyalty. The question is whether the anime will show it or not what with its track record of skipping content
Fraya…. Seems to like those have nearly lost everything or everyone, and she treats and cares for them so thay become really loyal to her……. In sort of a strange way
The line should habe been go "get cut", not get beaten. I thought we would end this episode with the wind... but I guess that will be next episode. Heith is considered the second most powerful healer in the city, only surpassed by the level 2 Amid (the girl you saw tending Bell when he came back in season 4). However Heith is a level 4 veteran of the daily babtisms of the Freya Familia. She attained level 4 in combat before deciding she should focus on healing. So, in terms of combat she surpasses most people that are not in the Loki or Freya Familias. If she and Amid will keep their places as the most powerful healers in the city? Well that will come into question next season. :) I find it funny they showed her clothes getting torn up (in the book I believe she was completely naked, which really pissed her off more) but everyone that was getting hit by the magic swords were being torn up that much or more. I really wanted to see them standing back up and re-attatching arms and legs as they stood, their broken and bloody bodies reforming. But, I guess that would have been to graphic. But it was truley a terrifying scene for Hestia's forces.
The plan was for Bell to defeat him with a surprise attack using his most powerful attack, because they knew that if he managed to overcome it he would end up like that. and well, now they not only lost the surprise factor with the only attack that could have defeated Ottar in one hit, but now they also know that Ottar has a magic that hits just as hard as Bell's most powerful attack and also takes much less time to be ready (because yes, Bell has to maintain the charge for 5 minutes to reach the maximum power of that attack, while we already saw how long it took Ottar to recite the spell for his magic)
Heith is impressive completely unfazed from getting burnt and then unleashes a beatdown.
