Freya's charm is the same as these, it's her authority, she actively restricts it most of the time because she hated using it, and it means the goddess of beauty has influence on her environment just by existing. Just watching Violet's growth as a professional from ep 3 to 4, then from 4 to the OVA, and then from 4/OVA to 5... in 3 she struggled the entire episode to put a one-sentence letter together, in 4 she put together a letter for Irisl' family that Iris herself was struggling to write, in the OVA she wrote an entire song, and in this episode she managed an entire royal engagement while cueing Cattleya how to handle things on her end. Just incredible professional and personal growth in a matter of 3 episodes and an OVA, which I'm assuming spans just a couple of months.

That what I said, when you know that Ougi is Koyomi, her saying again and again "I know nothing, you're the one knowing it Araragi" make so much more sens and is a nice way to pave the line before the big revelation. Not gonna lie, when you think about that and all that happen before, when you forget a little about the pervy thing, Monogatari's writing by Nisioisin is something else. It might lost you by the metaphor and semi complexity, but there is something that feel almost "alive" in this writing, the Monogatari's stories might be the real oddity we followed all along.
