Thats a nice variation, thank you.
I never thought of this…🤔So simple & effective…
I'm trying this on my next kettle bell work out...
May be a little compensation
This is awesome, planning on adding to my routine. Any insight on how many in a round and how many sets?
Good move to add to my routine 😅
I'll try that!
Very effective, added at the end of my routine amrap for 5mins mean as! Thank you 😊
😍😍😍😍😍😍merci
Nice. Thank you.
Forgot this 1 thanks, excellent movement for 72 year old(me).
Very smart, thank you
Will be giving that one some run.
@kettlebellKingsAustin is there more benefit to alternating the pick up side?
I was wondering the same thing. Considering you're picking up the weight anyway, I'm not sure there is. I don't think you're putting any more stress on one side than the other.
Your 1st pick up side is under tension longer tho. I'd alternate
I will throw that in tomorrow 👍🏿
Instantly takes any back pain away n stiffens
Well sh💩t! Great workout!
I like thisssss
I see his heel comes up last rep..is this supposed to happen?
All them videos i watched on how to lift properly for work go out the window now
neat
If you’re a novice, this looks like it might hurt your lower back. I guess should this be attempted when you’re an intermediate?
shouldn't hurt your back if you hinge at your hips and keep your back straight. don't round your shoulders
could also do lighter weight, which would put the focus on mobility
ARE YOU NOT ENTERTAINED?!
Why is it called the gladiator deadlift?
The gladiators did it
