We are already running samosa factory in Mumbai and trust me we started with 2 kg and after 3 months we are daily consuming more than 100 kgs potato per day. We started completely manually and now we have 50% of our operations running with machines and we are planning to buy more machines in future. we server pizza samosa and corn cheese samosa too.
