I think they did it as a 2d animation because imagine Mauga rendered in 4K 3D animation. The muscle detail, the hair movement, the weapon details, shit would be insane
Overwatch will never make a show as their relevance is next to popeye. Meaning not even popular at all compared to the emoji movie. If Hollywood was talked about overwatch they will decide not to make it. Since they would see something more enjoyable than overwatch they will state overwatch is beneath them. There will never be a show.
And we are still waiting for a Moira animation or cinematic.. uugghhh Blizzard, come on! She is like the big mastermind of Talon! She is behind almost everything, do something with her, I beg you Blizzard! ;w;
A show takes a lot of time and resources, and with all the hate the game recieves it would be negatively bombed unfairly to dead, i dont think they would do a series because of that or worst things.
