Really good video quality, what are you using? At about 4 mins you are completely under the overburden and you have a tailings pile on your escape side... If that overburden fails, you wont get out of that alive. Try and clear the downhill side of tailings so you arent caught between a slough and a hard place, or at least you have a chance of scooting out. You would be very surprised how much a foot or two of over burden weighs when it comes down on you.
Oh man. I should have kept watching. Bro. Completely underground in a sand tunnel? Sigh. $20 of quartz points is probably not worth one of ya... good vid, even with that questionable mining operation...
lol yeah it was a bit unsafe but we did also have the other side of the hole open as well where my buddy was digging. we are usually aware of the dangers and try to watch ourselves. We wont be going deeper unless we collapse the tunnel in first to get rid of the top load. The camera I am using is a GoPro hero 8. it has great quality but trying to show anything up close is difficult. you basically have to hold anything back like a foot from the camera or it gets blurry.
Can You make some videos about recognizing potential location for digging quarty crystals for beginers, on spots where noone digging? how to recognize new locatione vaine etc?
I'll try to do that this summer for you. We have a few locations we will be exploring so I'll try to make them a bit more informational and give details to how we look for potential spots. Thanks for the ideas.
Hahaha those dang white flakes take up so much of our time here in the north. We should definitely go back and get a few more crystals before that happens

Thank you! This is always a fun little spot to run up to even if its been dug for over 20 years lol
This turned out to be a really fun day of digging. We will have to go get some more before the white minerals start falling from the sky.
