Beautiful rythem Night Birds... I remembered when I was young time in Singapore Yamaha Music school, I attended some music show saw a japanese man player. I fall in love that organ same like this one. He was saying..everyday he loves to face the mountain and water fall that will give him more inspiration in playing his organ. Such organ is 4 minded using fingers and legs. What a great music player. Love music all times. I don't have much time practising since moved to france. Maybe I will start back again hahaha.. with the latest yahama organ.
He's probably a very good player but this is why organ music has died in Australia and in other parts of the world. He's playing music which is largely unknown, people just can't relate to it. As organ is associated with the church and you've got to agree that church/religion has a bad name at present, so for maybe 100 years, the instrument is as good as dead. You can pick up these instruments for peanuts these days and by the way, I'm an organist.
yes I agree John I was a organ teacher for Yamaha use to sell technics organs working on all of the range for many years ,still some company are still making home organs like Roland etc but Yamaha stop importing then into the uk due EU Regulates due too pat testing Yamaha was not going to fit the bill to fit them in the UK ,Were I use to work in the shop we try to keep then alive but it never was pointed at the right age to keep it alive. always when you hear the work organ you always think of church or someone of a old age. most of the organ club s have now close now and I am still in the teaching side as a ABRSM piano I love the organ had one every year but as you said has died of death some of theses company are still charge for a organ £10 .000 up to £40,000 I don't know how they can charge that good why it these there
@@mryamaha100Thanks so much for your reply and I agree with what you say. Organ is definitely my instrument and in the day I was teaching 100 private students every week. I play theatre pipe organ and have had many electronic and digital organs also including Conn and Technics. A few weeks ago I picked up a Yamaha E75 in mint condition for a very cheap price and it's a wonderful instrument. This instrument was around $17,000 in the 80's over here and I could never afford one until now. Yamaha stopped export to Australia many years ago and I do believe that they are a very good product. Anyone wanting one these days must import the instrument from one of the Asian countries. I have heard that Yamaha is gradually getting right out of the organ market also, a pity but times change I guess. All the very best.
He's still playing, even better...But agree, need more things along these lines, where people realise they can be a one-person band - th-cam.com/video/pnA3SEIHJWk/w-d-xo.html
Also, if you listen to Japanese video games around this time, tons of music sounds like this. So this music may have been a bit cooler for Japanese kids...
wow... that foot work is amazing difficult
I want one Yamaha FX-1 ... I still remember playing it when I was a child.
I am happy with my HX-1 and HE-8, but I would also like to a FX-1 to my collection...
Out Run theme, cool. What a synth, i would kill for one !
この時代のエレクトーンは左手、ベース共自動演奏に頼らず常に大変だったのを思い出しました!
miki t. 動画内では普通に自動演奏機能使ってますしこの時代以前から付いてましたよ。機種によりますが。
Amazing.. ! all the sound came from a single instrument, played for a single man..!
Desde la Ciudad de Granada,en el Sur de España.Maravilloso, excelente, unico, qsonidos tan perfectos.Un saludo.Esperanza

I love this! What album is this from?
The music is by Shakatac. I think the album may be called ' Nighbirds' but I'm not sure.
night birds by shakatak
It is Better to play on the FX-1 because Night Birds released in 1982 and FX-1 in 1983 So were both the organ and music are perfect match
Buenos días sr profesor, dónde venden estos instrumentos musicales?? En que lugar del mundo construyen estos instrumentos musicales??
This arrangement was very difficult to play. I like the new Stagea arrangement, and not this difficult to play.
Claude Dupras arrangement
Nope. Claude's was much different.
@@ElectoneGuy I think your wrong on that. Claude was a personal friend of mine in Montreal
Great performance, worst camera angles.
