After building a small solar powered home backup system, reality of energy loss with inverters is a problem. All solid state components chips etc are inevitably degraded by heat. Another interesting development I recently found with higher end Starvis 2 dash cameras is how old tech utilizing LiFePo or other batteries for GPS and park mode are being superceded by capacitor designs which keep the peripheral cooler not creating as much heat. Hillcrest certainly looks promising. I went to their website and subscribed for updates on progress and development in this area. Could be a game changer. Till then dont melt down, keep those fans going.
The collaboration with major automotive manufacturers really boosts my confidence
Can't wait to see how it impacts the efficiency of EV inverters! 🚗
this video was really informative, cool topic
Don's looking calm🎉
This could be a big step forward for the electric vehicle industry....
wow wow
Is this company going to destroy Exro technologies?Thoughts anyone?
Hillcrest’s CTO is the key to their success as he invented the tech, he left Exro for Hillcrest. Exro’s story has changed, these guys are on track for big things, just take a look at the team and what’s in the pipeline.
@@panoramicpictures8144 Interesting! I wonder if either have infringed patents.
