This video is a PERFECT example of why you're not supposed to cup a microphone like that. It's so black and white clear when you listen to this. Notice how the guy's voice sounds kind of muffled and flat? It sounds a little "nasal", and the chicks voice is perfectly clear? That's because the guy doesn't know how to hold a microphone. That is literally just because he's cupping the grill of the mic. The WHOLE grill of the microphone is supposed to be uncovered *including the back and sides.* There's a handle of a reason. That's where your hand goes!

They show you uncupped and cupped. It's very simple, I don't know why you took offense. Other facts: Someone told these guys that in today showbiz you need an image to draw attention. They managed to do that that, but not in the way they were expecting. Advice for the instrumentalists: cut the crap looking shit, the general perception is that you look ridiculous, just dress normal and it will be far better than this. Add some more riffage or solo parts, do no, smth more to the next songs, let the girl do her job because she is awesome and you ll be a great band!

There is obviously some talent there, but if this was their first gig, why show videos from nearly all of it when it evidently wasn't all that great? Give them some time to evolve and grow as a band. Put them out on tour supporting some other bands. Get them to the point where their live show is as tight as it can be and THEN present them to the public if that's the way you want to market them. Seems a bit odd to me to go down this route. "Hey guys here's a band you've never heard of doing their first live gig poorly. We're just going to shove them down your throats for a while. Cool? Cool."
Great voice! Appreciate not the cookie-cutter female falsetto that lacks body and tonal quality. Not sure about the male vocalist. Could do without him in this piece. Let Linda sing, dude.

For everyone who's heard the album version will know that this is a mix between live and album vocals on her. I wish they didn't do it tho, because she is actually good live and a real live version would be better to promote the bands live abilities than this...
They really need to rethink their image. Jonas looks like such a kook with that hat, Linda needs to learn to look more metal on stage not do an awkward dance, Viktor is doing ok but the eyeshadow looks silly. You can tell Ken has experience and Karl kills it! Still enjoy their version of Carolus Rex and The rising

So many people just saying "it's shit" about stuff they don't like, and when they get shat on for not having arguments they all whine "Can't we dislike anything anymore ?"... I personnally think that everyone in this band is pretty good on their own. They just lack some kind of "synergy" I'd say. They're good invidually but when mixed up it sounds dull.
I respect your opinion. But you have to be aware of the fact that this was their 1st gig. So it can't be perfect yet. The guy was a guest singer, a friend of the band who joined them live and on the album. So you hear him only on one song of the album :)
They are not bad musicians and they clearly know how to make a catchy metal song, but their "mad Max image" does not come across as "cool" in my eyes. I've heard the debut and I like some of the songs, strong melodies - but they need to add a bit of orginality and power to the sound. It's very inspired by bands like Amaranthe - a bit to much! I hope for more power and less electronica-synth on the next one.
Linda sounds pretty good and I totally agree their image is terrible. Especially Jonas. Probably going to turn out into a pretty good band hopefully. I like carolus rex and the rising.

Best way I can describe it is the clear voice of Floor mixed with the raspiness of Lenna Kuurmaa in her prime. Amazing indeed.

This and Winterfall deserve 1 million clicks. Blew me away. Tonys voice is absolutely stunning. Bought the CD right away and hope for more.
If this is how they start, I can only be excited for what comes down the line.
