Hello there, amazing video. Thank you so much.
I have a question. Why do you have Factor with 0.5103?
I don't understand
You have a Batch Foam:
Density 24 x 2.0m x 1.65m x 1.05m = 83.16 KG / 159.30 PPH = Factor 0.5220
Then you have a Test Box:
Density 24 x 0.5m x 0.5 x 0.5 = 3 KG / 159.30 PPH = Factor 0.0188
The size of the Batch Foam and Box Test are correct? Maybe my formula is incorrect. Thanks. I appreciate your help.
Thanks for your analysis and understanding the concept. Yes some typing error was there, Height of Hot block is 103 not 105cm and for box test, height of block is 30cm( reason, so that the foam would fit in the box of 50x50x50cm without overflowing during foam rise). Thanks
I successfully did the box test in your video, the foam looks very good quality, however the size was really reduced a lot and it has holes. What do you think is the reason? Do you think it is an issue of agitation, has it ever happened to you? Thanks for your time and have a good day! @@pufoamtoolsandguides
