This is an incredible video in every imaginable way, but let me start by commenting on the power of your ASMR: You have one of the best voices I have ever heard! Incredibly soothing and relaxing!! Your whole vibe and demeanor is phenomenally peaceful and calming! I teach acting, including voice acting, at Julliard, which is a conservatory for the arts here in NYC. And I can tell you with 100% certainty that any one of my students would KILL to have a voice like yours! Seriously!! It’s that amazing! I really love working out as well, and when I’m not teaching, you are most likely to find at the gym, or working on my music. I teach music composition and music theory here as well. Anyway, please forgive me for going on and on like this, but I get very excited when I see and hear so much incredible natural talent as you are displaying in this video!! Great work my friend!!

I know that kind of content really does provide ASMR for some people, but it’s just not effective for me. My most powerful ASMR trigger is a really great voice, either whispered or soft spoken. This is what I was complicating Let’s Play ASMR on. He’s just got a really great voice for ASMR.

On incline db bench I angle the dumbbells which angles my arms and elbows abiut 45 degrees. The way you do it seems more prone to shoulder injury. Not sure if it would make a difference though.
I tried the push-up thing you do between sets and to be honest it is a great workout thank you and for context I’m 14 and I’ve been working out for around eight months at home and I have the same situation as you not enough time for the actual gym so just wanted to say thanks the video helped a lot and thanks for the superset

As a professional gymbro: 1. You should do your incline bench at a lower angle and have the dumbells at a 45 degree angle. Otherwise very nice for a home workout!
Form is not looking the best, could be why you have shoulder and chest injuries. Try tucking in your elbows a bit, they look really flared out in the video. you might have to go down in weight to get used to the motion. Might have to try the incline bench pushups. great video.
