    Have you tried to put the pizza steel inside the ooni oven??

      Yes & not a great idea. The heat conduction will be too good, it’s going the burn the undercarriage. Not recommended.

    what about the steel inside the ooni koda?

      There is a steel specifically for Ooni but I won’t recommend using it for Neapolitan. Heat conductivity is so strong, it’ll easily burn the undercarriage.
