My son had a big head when he was born with fat chubby face, and he grew into it. It’s all part of childhood. He’s absolutely adorable, people need to stop being so hateful, especially to a child!

People can be so cruel😞 his head is just fine. As he grows, the body will catch up and he’ll be another handsome little guy.
My daughter had to have an ultrasound on her head at 10 months old due to her head size was off the charts. I never felt more helpless as a mom than I did that day holding her in my arms while they scanned her head. Turned out, she just had a big brain. She eventually grew into her head (after many bumps and bruises from being “top heavy”). But one thing that’s not changed is how smart she is. She was speaking in complete sentences at 10 months old and she was still one of the cutest babies I have ever seen. People would just smile and some giggle when they first saw her because she was so adorable, big head and all. Paris’s son is a doll baby too and it’s really sickening that people will actually stoop so low these days. If everyone would remember to just be kind (it doesn’t cost a Penny more or even an extra amount of effort) then this world would be a much better place. ❤️

They don't have to be. There's no shame in sharing pictures of your children. You do have to be ready for negative comments, of course. But the same can be said of any picture you share online, including ones of yourself.

My nephew's first daughter people noticed had a big head compared to her body. She grew into it, and is actually quite petite. People who target babies are the worst. Good for her, she's had a pretty big life change and contributes to the world now in many ways she never used to

My sister's best friends baby had this shaped head, and for her, she kept her baby in a carrier all the time and kept the babies head in the same position that the babies head became flat in the back. It looks just like Paris's baby's head. No saying that is what happened to Paris's baby's head, just saying it looks exactly like my sister's best friends baby's head.

I have really good friends whose daughter was born with a really big head. The mother is very petite and I felt so bad for her because of what big heads can do to you. My friends thought something was wrong with her and a doctor said she might have water on the brain. She did not and is now 25 years old. She is the spitting image of her mom. She is also very petite. She grew into her head by the time she was 2. When I saw Paris Hiltons son it made me remember my friends. Her son is a beautiful little boy and he will grow into his head. His head is definitely smaller than my friends daughter’s head was when she was born. Paris waited a long time to have a child and I hope she spends as much time with him as possible. Kids grow up so fast and she should enjoy every minute of it.
My great niece, who I used to also call big headed baby, is also the most petite young woman in our entire family. Nothing wrong with her development or intelligence or emotional maturity.

I agree. I have decades of experience with babies in newborn period/ NICU. Sometimes the rich people are the ones the doctors don’t want to offend them by saying that anything looks abnormal with their baby. Let’s hope she gets a second opinion from a specialist.
Anyone who comments on a child in a negative way should never be a parent. It’s so shocking and positively sickening. My little boy had a giant head for a while. The dr had me go to a specialist once a month to monitor it to be sure he didn’t have hydrocephalus. Guess what? That little boy is 22 now, has a degree and working on another. He’s super nerdy, gorgeous and I adore him. ❤❤❤

Either she posts him and has control over it or she and the family are hounded and followed everywhere just because of the family status. Our laws in the states do not protect people from constant barrage from paparazzi! When I worked for a hotel in Gatlinburg TN we would have stars come to just hide and get away. Our hotel suites with rooms off the back were always first to go because they were not visable from the street and going up into the woods behind the hotel was a good way to invite a bear to free lunch on you!

My granddaughter was born with a large head also. She was & is perfectly healthy. She has been on A honor roll since kindergarten.. she is now been excepted into 4 colleges !!! Paris & her husband have a future scholar!!! GOD BLESS YOU & YOUR SON!!!🙏❤🙏

She's very obviously struggled with her image and I totally understand doing anything you can to not look like a bad mom. Society has had a bad taste in its mouth for her since as long as I can remember so obviously as a mother, she's trying to reverse that and prevent any added negativity towards her, especially with her son. I am the same way. I do everything I can to not be perceived as a bad mother.
She did everything possible to be perfect in everyone's eyes to the point where it ruined her and now she obviously has trauma and seems like she's just trying to figure it out and "be normal" but she can't avoid negativity no matter what she does.

My grandma had a big head when she was born and grew into it. Two of her children had big heads, and the same happened. They grew into their heads. Then my cousin's grandson has a big head. He wore a helmet for about a year until his neck muscles could support it. He's now 12 years old and looks fine. Paris has a beautiful little boy. ❤

I met Paris in person once, it was when she was engaged to Chris Zylka. She was passing out candy during Halloween in our neighborhood and she was so sweet to my little niece. Paris is truly a sweetheart ❤
There actually isn't anything wrong with his appearance because he is an adorable baby. His head looks a little bigger but none of us are pediatricians to verify if it's abnormal. All in all it just doesn't rule over the fact that he is super handsome and the perfect reflection of Paris. They're beautiful.(He also seems to have the ideal baby boy wardrobe)
There also isn’t anything wrong with medical professionals who I have seen list a condition they believe he may have. As parents, when you’re around your baby all the time you don’t notice the subtle differences people who see you less frequently see. Daycare workers told my mom their worries of the bump on my forehead which ended up being a tumor. My mom didn’t notice bc she saw me all the time. No one should bully a child though.

He would have a pediatrician and they would know if there was something wrong. Blasted something so deeply personal on the internet for all to see wouldn't be the way to address something so serious.

I didn’t want to be negative Nancy but it kind of bothered me the way she held her baby. I’ve seen pictures of her and her dogs and she looked at the dogs in a more loving way than she did her own baby.

My first son looked similar. Little but light colored hair which made his head and forehead look bigger than most. I lightheartedly called him lightbulb head. He his intelligent, successful, a great husband and father and very good looking.
