Carrot cake ingredients:
Butter - 250g
Carrots - 3
Flour - 250g
Bicarbonate of soda - 1 teaspoon
Blended cardamom, clove and cinnamon powder - 1 teaspoon
Crushed cashew nuts - 100g
Sultanas - 100g
Eggs - 4
A little salt
Dark brown sugar - 225g
Butter - ¾ cup

Wow, what a desirable cake. Children who refuse vegetables would enjoy this cake without complains. I have not eaten a carrot cake with so many nuts and raisins.
