Tell me, how does a murder investigation implicate an entire nation and its government? A murder investigation falls under local jurisdiction and it involves the activities of real people. The police from the local precinct gather evidence and build a case for why person A murdered person B. This case is prosecuted before a court of law and justice is served. This is how the justice sysem works in all civilized countries. This is how it has worked for over 2000 years of Western Civilization. Instead, Canadian prime minister has sought to leverage the Nijjar murder case to implicate an entire nation and its government. There is no legal basis for doing that.

It's so sweet to see the Canadians being aggressive. lol. Mr Menon (pun intended) grew up in a household where every woman he met was more fiesty and vigorous than the wonderful lady in this inerview. Let's fix this guys. Let's have peace and smooth functioning. do away with the secessionist stuff.

ccanadian foreign minister said, it's "violation of law" not some past precedent or international norms, can she specify at least one. But then, what can be expected from her when she answers a simple question on providing evidence by discussing allegations with Indian MEA staff. while India state ARTICLE 11.1 of Vienna CONVENTION for asking PARITY in diplomatic staf, she continued on the rant of violation without any proof.

Here is what people do not appreciate:
Mr. Nijjar entered Canada allegedly on a forged passport, was rejected for refugee status on the basis of a sham marriage etc. etc. Allegedly of course.
Mr. Nijjar was operating a training camp on Canadian soil on the use of AK-47s which are banned in Canada, again allegedly, but there is video footage. Can't confirm if the camps were in B.C. or elsewhere in Canada.
Who were the potential victims of these trainees? Indian citizens on Indian soil?
And Trudeau alleges that the Government of India struck preemptively... eh?
The more likely scenario is that it resulted from (alleged) gang rivalry.
This is not the first time Indian and Canadian Citizens have died as a result of Canadian Government's inaction on extradition requests from India, a Commonwealth Nation which should have been treated on par with its "5 EYES" partners..
Pierre Trudeau's in action cost the lives of of 329 Indian and Canadian Citizens and two Japanese baggage handlers in a separate terror act in Tokyo.
Why am I the only one making this case against Canadian PM of the past 52 years, not just Justin Trudeau?
Let's not be cynical, or stupid.
The Indian Government's job is to protect the homeland and its citizens from any and all foreign and domestic threats.
    NO APOLOGIES, PLEASE!
No different from the US Government's, first and foremost duty; which is to the Republic and its citizenry.
Or the Canadian Government's... the UK, AU, NZ's etc.

NOW only two options are available for canada :- 1. Substantiate your claim/allegation with PUBLICLY PUBLISHING CREDIBLE EVIDENCE with a CONVICTION from a court of law using this published evidence. 2. OR ELSE, APOLOGISE PUBLICLY to the GOVT OF INDIA and its people under lack of CONVICTION FROM A COURT OF LAW. ................OR ELSE, INDIA will exercise its full might to PUNISH trudeau and its govt responsible for this DEBACLE.

I am no modi supporter. But Problem with these anglo racist journalists is they are raised in an environment both socially, professionally that they think they were superior to India. So when we challenge these countries economically there will be allegations like that. And problem with likes of Shivsankar Menon is they are too gentlemanly, soft. Untill you treat these leftist woke reporters in their language like S jaishankar does, humiliate them with facts, speak to them with manners that are both gentlemanly, also ruthless and hardhitting.

She is so onesided that it's getting on my nerves. It's literally an accusation of murder not some doll play that anyone would assume that they've murdered someone without evidence. Everyone is just crazy on even acting on such a big accusation without any proven facts, they just need scoops and drama at this point. Like use your brain a little please.

After watching this video, I have the following questions to the show host in her own style.
    1. Is it true that you have already taken a side & expect answers that match your expectation?
    2. Is it possible in this modern day to believe that intelligence agency of any country including Aus (ASIS) wouldn't atleast try to spy on certain "individuals of interest" regardless of where they live?
Of course yes we are all being spied on by more than one country. Most of us don't care because, honestly we don't care. Let them see everything in my phone/computer. As long as those countries don't take money away from me, I don't care.

Very nice discussion by Mr. Siva Shankar Menon. He supported India and it MEA. He so nicely supported Jaya Shankar, and his actions !!. This is called matured officials comments. Why the politicians, like Rahul, of Congress, behave and support Indian Government, on national interest of India !!. Surely, Rahul should learn from Mr. Menon. But uneducated Rahul, may not be able to understand. He talks rubbish about India, all the time.

I haven't come across similar instances like the one which cost Nijjar his life. There haven't been incidents of terrorism in the Punjab in India. Did Nijjar belong to a gang in Canada, with connections to India? I don't think that the Canadian authorities have a clue about how Nijjar was killed. He must have antagonised people in Canada due to his outspokenness, and made enemies. However, there doesn't seem to be violence happening within the Indian community there, and it seems that Canadians are generally law abiding citizens who eschew violence. Nijjar didn't speak of threats to his life to others, either, it seems. Perhaps, the Canadian PM wants the assistance of India on the matter, but it is very unusual of the Canadian PM taking so much of interest in a solitary murder case. Perhaps, the Sikh diaspora wants answers as to why and how Nijjar was killed, and there are none. The Canadian authorities don't seem to have a clue as to why anyone in Canada would want to kill Nijjar, but it doesn't seem as if someone from India went to Canada to kill him either. Perhaps, the Canadian diplomatic mission in India was involved in trying to find answers, which was beyond their brief. It's very unusual for Canada to pursue the matter as it is doing. If the Canadian PM thinks that Indian agents are behind the incident, what reason do they see for the same? A Khalistani separatist called Pannu called for the bombing of an Air India flight. How were the calls for violence by Osama bin Laden different from this? Is the difference that no one heeded Pannu's call to bomb an Indian passenger aircraft?
